Yesterday at LinkedIn’s event at The Westin, Pune, I had the opportunity to speak on a topic that I believe is becoming critical for every growth-focused organization, how to become future-ready and how AI is changing Sales. My sincere thanks to Dilip Raghu , Saurabh Arya and Rahul Sehgal from LinkedIn for inviting me and giving me the opportunity to share my perspective. I truly enjoyed the discussion and the quality of insights in the room. A few points I strongly believe organizations need to focus on: • Moving from founder-based closures to system-based closures • Building a strong in-house sales and marketing team that can create sustainable growth • Empowering teams with the right process, discipline, and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, which in my view is not just a tool, but a real GTM enabler • Creating a multi-channel lead generation engine through cold calling, email campaigns, digital marketing, PPC, trade shows, partnerships, and relationship-led outreach • Using signals and insights better, especially in mature markets like the US and Europe, where timing and relevance often matter more than effort alone • Adopting AI in Sales in a way that improves focus, qualification, and account intelligence without losing the human side of enterprise selling My biggest takeaway is simple: Organizations that want to scale in a predictable and sustainable way must combine process, people, technology, and market intelligence far more effectively than before. It was a great session, a great exchange of ideas, and a reminder that the future of sales will belong to teams that are better prepared, better informed, and better enabled. Really enjoyed the conversations, the energy in the room, and the exchange of ideas. A lot to reflect on, and even more to act on. #LinkedIn #SalesLeadership #AI #SalesNavigator #GTM #FutureReady #DigitalTransformation #EnterpriseSales #RevenueGrowth
Apr 2026GTM, AI & What’s Actually Driving Predictable Revenue In my last post, I spoke about forecasting and revenue predictability. But the more I think about it, predictable revenue doesn’t start in forecasting. It starts in how your GTM actually works. Predictable revenue does not start with forecasting. It starts with GTM discipline. For a long time, the playbook was simple: More outreach More meetings More pipeline That playbook is weaker now. Buyers are more informed. Attention is harder to earn. And everyone is competing for the same inbox. The teams winning today are not just working harder. They are working with better focus. Better targeting. Better timing. Better conversations. That is why tools like Sales Navigator matter more than ever. Not as prospecting databases. Not as places to send connection requests. But as systems for context. Used well, they help teams: Spot buying signals Track account changes Map stakeholders Make outreach relevant Then AI adds another layer. AI helps teams: See signals faster Prioritize better Personalize at scale But AI is not the strategy. It does not replace judgment. It scales judgment. That is the real shift. The gap I see in many organizations is not a lack of tools. It is a lack of integration. The tools exist. The intent exists. But they are not built into the daily GTM rhythm. So teams create more activity without creating more outcomes. And that is where predictability breaks. Because predictable revenue is not built on volume alone. It is built on relevance, timing, and execution. Bottom line: Effort creates activity. Clarity creates pipeline quality. Timing creates revenue. How are you embedding AI and sales tools into your GTM motion today? #GTMStrategy #AIinSales #SalesNavigator #B2BSales #RevenueGrowth #GoToMarket #SalesLeadership #PredictableRevenue
Apr 2026Everyone is using AI. I am too. And I'm not ashamed of it. For months, I felt guilty every time I opened ChatGPT or any other tool. Like somehow using AI made me "less of a writer." Like I was cheating Then I realised something: Nobody is asking me: "Did you write this with your bare hands at 2AM?" They're asking: "Does this solve my problem?" "Is this clear, credible, and useful?" "Can I trust this brand?" And That is it.. right.... Here's the truth nobody says out loud in 2026 The goal was never Human vs AI. The goal was always Human + AI. I use AI to research faster. I use AI to beat writer's block. I use AI to create first drafts. But the strategy and idea here is always Mine. the voice here is always Mine. The judgment of what's true, useful, and worth saying? It's always Mine. Here me out A camera didn't replace photographers. It made great photographers unstoppable. The writers winning right now aren't the ones avoiding AI. They're the ones who adopted it without losing themselves in it. Compatible beats competitive. Every time. Are you using AI in your writing workflow? No judgment! I'd genuinely love to know. 👇 #AItools #contentwriting #futureofwriting
