I can finally share this milestone: Giza Systems becomes pulse by solutions and I couldn’t be more proud to have co‑led the internal transformation of this project alongside my incredible Corporate Culture & Communication team, and the one and only Lara Shawky , the Head of Marketing, and her amazing team. A huge contributor to this journey was Tareq M. Gabr , who led the IT part of the transformation both internally and externally with unmatched dedication. and of course under the leadership of our amazing leader Saleh Algroony 💜 This project took seven months of nonstop work. From impact analysis, risk assessments, contingency plans, concept creation, change management plans, vendor management, on‑ground sentiment management, communication plans, creative direction, designs… plus the sleepless nights, weekends, and religious holidays we all worked through. You name it, we lived it. It was one of the most challenging and rewarding experiences of my career. And today, I want to give the credit to the real heroes behind it: the DREAM TEAM. Every one of them showed up with heart, resilience, and talent and made this possible. I couldn’t be prouder of each one of us. As I close this chapter, I couldn’t imagine a better farewell to a place that was a turning point in my career. And I know this is just the beginning for this team and this brand. I can’t wait to see everything they will achieve together and cheer for them from the audience seat. It was an absolute pleasure to serve with you all. 🫡
