LinkedInArtificial Intelligence

Hey, it's me. You know me, from the talent marketplace / talent development platform. As a tech founder, I've been watching the impact of AI on software companies -- I know you all have. What we're seeing is that companies (software buyers) realize that they can do much more than they used to, in terms of building software, and moreover that it can be so much more customized to their needs. SaaS is struggling to keep up with this level of customization. Each company is now trying to tailor things to its own taste. In the world of SaaS products, this is a pain. This trend rides on the capabilities of agents and AI. We at Gloat understand this reality, and this is why we've built the Loomra Agentic HR Engine, to enable companies to serve their HR needs in a way much more flexible and targeted than before, based on each company's needs, while leveraging the best from the world of AI and from the technology and knowledge that Gloat built. I believe that this new direction comes to enterprise HR just at the right time, enabling each company to address its specific HR needs as flexibly as possible - be it talent development, reassignment, or anything else.
