After almost 5 years, I’m closing an important chapter of my career at Goodman . An intense, challenging and incredibly rewarding journey — contributing to the growth of Data Center activities. But beyond the projects, what I take with me are the learnings, the people, and the way we’ve navigated complexity together. Before leaving, I asked Copilot what it would say about me after almost five years at Goodman — here’s what came out: • Connector between teams • Decision-maker, closing loops • Translating complexity into action However, what it couldn’t capture is that this was only possible thanks to trust — and the incredible people I had the opportunity to work with, both internally and externally. The 25-year-old Rhoana who moved to France could never have imagined what followed. A few moments were captured so I'll share it with you: 1.⁠ ⁠My first week — yes, I was that proud to be part of Goodman 2.⁠ ⁠The farewell speech — yes, I was that emotional closing this chapter 3.⁠ ⁠Data Center site visit in Germany — I think my excitement speaks for itself in this picture 4.⁠ ⁠Leading the BIM strategy implementation across Europe — believing this could shape our strategy 5.⁠ ⁠My corporate ID card — I even gave one to my parents (I was that proud) 7.⁠ ⁠And, of course… countless hours of Teams meetings (Copilot says ~490 meetings in the last 6 months 😅) Un enorme merci & um muito obrigada to all of the teams - Goodman has truly marked my path! A new challenge is waiting for me — one that will push me even further... And if not that in life… what? 😉

A small moment in the life of a major project. The first concrete pour at Goodman SYD01 marks a meaningful step forward—driven by the skill, coordination, and effort of a dedicated team on site. It’s rewarding to see it starting to take shape.

As I conclude my first year at Goodman , I want to express my gratitude and acknowledge the professionalism of Neil Ward in connecting me with this remarkable opportunity. He effectively navigated the noise we often encounter on LinkedIn and helped me appreciate what makes Goodman unique. Without his patience and focus, I would not be where I am today. I wholeheartedly recommend him and his organization.
