May 2026Last month at Workhuman Live, I spoke about something that is becoming harder to ignore in organizations: people are not experiencing AI and workplace change in the same way and a big part of that difference is generational. What stood out most in the conversation wasn’t the technology itself, but what sits underneath it. Younger employees entering the workforce, senior leaders with decades of context, and everyone in between are often looking at the same transformation through completely different lenses. And that directly shapes how trust is built, or lost, during change. As AI adoption accelerates, these gaps are no longer subtle. They show up in expectations, communication, and how comfortable people feel with the pace and direction of change. That’s why I’m looking forward to continuing the conversation at Workhuman Fo rum London on May 20th, where I will be speaking about trust in the context of rapid transformation. Our research continues to show a consistent pattern: leaders tend to feel more optimistic about AI-driven change than employees do. That disconnect isn’t about resistance to technology. It’s about clarity, transparency, and how change is being communicated across teams. In London, I’ll be focusing on what human-centered leadership looks like in practice: not just designing change well, but explaining it clearly, involving people early, and making sure they’re not left trying to interpret it alone. Because in the end, the success of AI in organizations won’t come down to adoption rates, it will come down to whether people trust the direction they’re being asked to move in. https://lnkd.in/gv8x3-GV https://lnkd.in/gZ6DvNtW
May 2026How to tailor your LinkedIn profile so recruiters and hiring managers actually notice you (and don’t just scroll past 👀) I’ll be honest, I see a lot of strong candidates who should be getting attention on LinkedIn, but their profiles just aren’t set up in a way that makes them easy to find. The good news is you don’t need a full overhaul. A few small, intentional tweaks can make a big difference. Here’s what I usually recommend: 🔹 Your headline is doing more work than you think Don’t just list your job title. Add what you actually do or specialize in so people can quickly understand your value at a glance. 🔹 Make your About section sound like you This is your chance to be human. Think coffee chat, not corporate report. Clear, simple, and natural usually works best. 🔹 Use the language recruiters and hiring managers are searching for If job postings in your field use specific keywords, make sure your experience reflects that where it genuinely fits. This helps you show up in searches. 🔹 Show impact, not just tasks Instead of only listing responsibilities, add a few results or contributions where you can. Even small wins help bring your experience to life. 🔹 Turn on “Open to Work” (strategically) If you’re actively looking, update your preferences so you’re showing up for the right roles and recruiters. At the end of the day, LinkedIn doesn’t need to be perfect. It just needs to clearly tell your story and make it easy for the right people to find you. And if your profile hasn’t been touched in a while, this might be your sign to give it a little refresh 😊 #LinkedInTips #Recruitment #JobSearch #Hiring #CareerAdvice
Apr 2026I can’t wait to be at Workhuman Live 2026 - to share ideas and learn alongside some truly incredible voices. This year’s agenda brings together leaders and thinkers like Michelle Obama, Angela Duckworth , Eric Mosley , Dorie Clark , and so many others who are shaping how we lead, communicate, and build cultures that actually last. There is something powerful about being in a room where optimism meets rigor, and human connection meets bold ideas. If you haven’t checked out the full lineup yet, it’s worth a look 👀 👉 https://lnkd.in/dN7FzQSd Looking forward to the conversations, the community, and the collective work of rising - and shining - together. #WHLive2026 #Leadership #WorkplaceInspiration #ProfessionalDevelopment #CultureBuilding
