🏆 Late post, but a big milestone! My teammate Mayank Bhanderi and I are proud to share that we won the Gupshup AI Hackathon! 🥇 As Tech Leads at Gupshup , it’s been an incredible journey building with the tech that officially launched this week: Superagent 🚀. This isn't just another chatbot; it’s a true Autonomous AI that shifts the entire architecture of customer engagement. Why Superagent is a game-changer: It’s a single agent that handles complex operations via simple prompts: 🛠️ Full Orchestration: Designs and launches campaigns and customer journeys. 💳 Transaction Ready: Processes payments and resolves support autonomously. 🌍 Global & Multi-channel: Continuously optimizes across every channel and language. Seeing our internal innovation go live to the world is the best part of the win. Let’s go, Team Gupshup ! 🚀✨ Check out Superagent here: https://lnkd.in/dD-kiVdw #LifeAtGupshup #Superagent #AI #AutonomousAI #HackathonWinner #Engineering #Innovation #LatePost

It was exciting to be back at RSA Conference after four years. Great to reconnect with former clients, investors, bankers, and to meet some exciting new security companies. Given the stock price performance and multiple compression across the public cybersecurity sector, you might have expected a more subdued mood. Instead, the conference was full of energy, momentum, and optimism. A few themes stood out to me: • AI wasn’t just a topic. It was THE conference. Nearly every security category now has its own AI-native wave, from SOCs and AppSec to IAM. Many of these younger companies are starting to build real enterprise traction. They are not displacing incumbents yet, but the competitive dynamic over the next few years will be worth watching closely. • Identity stood out as one of the clearest near-term beneficiaries of the rise of AI agents. As enterprises deploy more agentic AI, knowing what those agents are, what they can access, and who they interact with becomes foundational. We are leaning into this theme at WSO2 with the rollout of Agent Manager alongside Agent ID, combining agent governance and observability with first-class identity, authentication, authorization, and audit controls for AI agents ( https://lnkd.in/g2QCUHFp ). • Data security and data access governance were also front and center. In an AI-driven world, clean data and clear visibility into who and what can access data are becoming table stakes. Some of the fastest-growing private companies appeared to be in this area. • Platformization continues to gain momentum. The largest vendors are doubling down on the value of broader, integrated platforms, and customers seem receptive. • A slightly contrarian take: I think MSSPs could be near-term beneficiaries as well. Security teams are struggling to keep up with the speed and complexity of AI-driven threats, and that resource gap should be a tailwind for managed security providers. My overall takeaway: AI is creating both the next major threat vector and the next major demand cycle in cybersecurity.

Matrioshka Brains Reading about the Kardashev Scale for the first time was a strangely unsettling experience. Not in a dramatic way. More like: I've been thinking about AI compute all wrong, and the scale correction was uncomfortable. The concept is called a Matrioshka Brain. Nested Dyson shells, each layer computing on the waste heat from the one inside it, stepping down in temperature until the outermost shell radiates into deep space just above absolute zero. Estimated compute: 10⁴² ops/sec. I genuinely can't reason about that number. I've tried. What I keep coming back to: Elon Musk's TerraFab chip project in Texas, chip sovereignty, and why "control your fabrication layer" is the first sentence of every civilization-scale compute story. Small step. Same axis. We're at 0.73 on a scale that goes to three. The ceiling isn't the next process node. It's a star. Is this possible? Let's figure it out -> https://lnkd.in/gWJkZ7qB #KardashevScale #FutureOfComputing #AI #SpeculativePhysics #DysonSphere
