Harvey just raised $550M at a $15.5B valuation, co-led by Diffusion and Lightspeed. I joined in last year when the company was 300 people. We're over 1400 today. Since January alone, token usage on the platform has grown more than 20x. That’s not a vanity metric. It’s a reflection of legal teams moving real, meaningful work into AI at a pace that would have been hard to imagine even a year ago. What I’ve valued most about Harvey through this growth is how close we’ve remained to our customers. It’s easy in a fast-growing company, especially as the cost of delivering AI continues to rise, to optimize for the next quarter or the next funding round. Harvey has consistently taken a different approach: investing for the long term, from our legal research efforts to the way we build alongside our customers, with their success at the center of the decisions we make. So a massive thank you to our customers. You’ve challenged us, pushed us, and helped us reach this incredible milestone. And we’re very much just getting started :)
Sep 2026Excited to join LinkedIn as the new VP of Integrated Marketing for Talent Solutions. My first marketing job was as a coordinator at the Beijing Science and Technology Center. No experience in the field, but someone hired me anyway. Ever since, LinkedIn has been the conduit, helping me find the next opportunity and connect with the people willing to make the next bet on me. LinkedIn has spent two decades building that at scale, creating economic opportunity for the global workforce. I'm energized to support that mission at a moment when AI is transforming what skills the future of work requires. What drew me in is the energy to rebuild around AI both internally and externally, with the agentic Hiring Assistant already going from $0 to a $450M+ run rate in its first year. Looking forward to helping fuel that growth by bringing the AI-native lessons from Harvey together with the enterprise marketing discipline from my time at Salesforce. Thank you to Bill Burnett and Jessica Jensen for the trust!
Aug 2026If you're new at a company the worst thing you can do is cite the 17,000 things you did at your last organization. Use the lessons, make new mistakes, but don't be the high school quarterback recounting your best games 20 years later.
May 2026Harvey's first ever sports partnership! Incredibly proud that Harvey is now an Official Partner of the US Open. Huge shout out Katie Burke, Mali (Shimojo) Robertson Margot Wright Scott Smith and Shawn Farsai for making this a reality. 👏
Mar 2026I recently started doing hill sprints again. There’s nothing like the sprint on the way up. Legs are shaking near the top. Heart is pounding. Mind is laser focused on keeping form, hitting the marker, and earning the short recovery. That’s what every week at Harvey feels like for me at this moment. It’s exhilarating, high-velocity, and still early innings with a lot of elevation left to gain. If you’re looking for your next step with incredibly kind, smart, and ambitious people...many of whom also enjoy running...we’re hiring across functions. I’m also looking for a Head of Demand Generation and Growth to help build and scale a predictable demand gen engine: https://lnkd.in/gPh8dMZJ
Feb 2026Energized by last night’s panel with Mahika Valluri, Sonja A., Feyza Haskaraman, and Kristina Nilsson on leading through AI. Just 90 days into my journey at Harvey, it was fun to just take a step back and reflect on my early learnings from making the leap into AI. We explored topics ranging from the pace of innovation in AI, to the discernment needed when selecting design partners in the early days, to building repeatable processes that demonstrate value and embed AI into everyday workflows to foster lasting loyalty. Thank you to Colleen Hull and Aaron Ranck at JPMorgan Chase for hosting this community and Mahika Valluri, Sonja A., Feyza Haskaraman, and Kristina Nilsson for such a thoughtful conversation!
Nov 2025Recently met Maria Pedrosa Martínez at Legal Geek and incredibly inspired by repsol’s journey. Stories like hers remind me why we do this work—it’s not just about the technology, it’s about the people driving transformation in their organizations.
