The "agent harness in the weights, not bolted on" line is the whole thesis. I've been building voice agents for a year and AI agents for two. Most production agents drift under pressure because the agent logic lives in fragile prompts, not in the model itself. Every voice AI demo works. None of them survive production. I built one on PolyAI's stack last week, the same one running Foot Locker, Marriott and UniCredit and watched it actually hold up under real calls. So I went and read the code to figure out what they did differently. 89% of agent prototypes never reach production. Agents drift, maintenance debt piles up, edge cases never get caught. I have watched the pattern across a dozen companies. What I found is one of the few voice AI companies that is not an LLM wrapper. They own the whole pipeline. ASR (Owl), LLM (Raven), TTS — all proprietary. Raven runs sub-300ms on live calls. Generic LLMs struggle to. There are two doors into the platform.
