May 2026Day 2 at #AdobeSummit and honestly a lot of the same themes keep coming up in conversations A big one — companies trying to push everything into AEP instead of figuring out what data actually matters and can actually be used. Ends up creating more noise than value Also still seeing a big gap between having the data and actually doing anything with it. Data → identity → activation sounds great on paper, but execution is where things get messy One thing that keeps coming up — marketing and data teams have to be aligned from the start. If you’re not working backwards from real use cases, you end up capturing a ton of data that doesn’t drive anything AJO, CJA, RTCDP… a lot of investment going in there right now, but a lot of teams still trying to figure out how to operationalize it day to day And obviously AI is everywhere this week — but most of what I’m hearing is still early stage. A lot of experimentation, not a ton actually in production yet Honestly feels like a lot of companies have this incredibly powerful stack… but aren’t actually using it — kind of like having a Ferrari sitting in the driveway and never taking it out The teams that seem to be getting it right aren’t the ones doing the most — they’re the ones focused on the right use cases, the right data, and actually having the people in place to make it all work Curious what others are seeing so far #AdobeSummit #AEP #RTCDP #CJA #AJO #Personalization #MarTech #CustomerExperience
Apr 2026Midday at Adobe Summit. As you can probably tell from this pic… I’m the guy who got a little too much sun and is about as red as the Adobe sign 😂 You really can’t miss me — come say hi. On a serious note… If you’re struggling to actually execute and drive ROI out of your Adobe stack (AEM, AEP, RTCDP, CJA, AJO, Target)… you’re not alone. I’ve spent the last 10 years specializing in staffing across this ecosystem and helping teams scale with the right mix of talent so this stuff actually works. If that’s something you’re dealing with — let’s connect while we’re here. #AdobeSummit #AdobeExperienceCloud #AEP #RTCDP #CJA #AJO #AdobeTarget #MarTech #Personalization #Data #AI #TechHiring
Apr 2026Day 1 at Adobe Summit. One thing I consistently see across the teams I work with: Companies are heavily invested in the Adobe stack — AEP, RTCDP, CJA, AJO, Target — and pushing hard on data + AI… …but actually connecting it all into real-time activation is where things start to break. It’s usually not the tools. It’s: • Data pipelines not fully there • Identity / XDM getting more complex than expected • Insights not translating into action • Personalization lagging behind expectations Most teams try to solve this with one “do it all” hire — and that’s where it falls apart. I spend most of my time helping teams build the right mix across data, platform, analytics, and activation so these investments actually deliver. I’ll be here all week — if any of this sounds familiar, would be great to connect. #AdobeSummit #AdobeExperienceCloud #AEP #RTCDP #CJA #AJO #AdobeTarget #MarTech #Personalization #Data #AI #MarketingTechnology #TechHiring
Apr 2026Excited to be heading to my 6th Adobe Summit next week. After a decade specializing in staffing within the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem, it’s been incredible to watch the continued momentum and innovation across the platform. A large portion of my clients are actively investing in: • Adobe Experience Platform • Customer Journey Analytics • Real-Time Customer Data Platform • Adobe Journey Optimizer The demand for talent across the Experience Cloud suite has never been higher and the gap between supply and demand is real. If you’re having trouble finding strong candidates with experience across these tools (or anything within the Adobe Experience Cloud), let’s connect while we’re at Summit. Looking forward to seeing everyone there #AdobeSummit #AdobeExperienceCloud #AEP #CJA #RTCDP #AJO #CustomerExperience #Personalization #MarTech #Hiring #DataTalent #DigitalTransformation
