Unfortunately I have not, nor will ever, want to get coffee to discuss potential synergies. Sorry if you have good synergies to discuss.

Question: Who is doing an amazing job at communicating and marketing feature releases to CS, existing customers, and pipeline? Who are the leaders who are really thinking through this? One by-product of the extreme pace of feature development right now is that it takes thoughtfulness for that to cascade into the customer base. I'd love to get smarter on this.

LinkedInVenture Capital (VC)

Things we all already know that you can stop writing on LinkedIn about: Venture is a power law game. Company you have no connection to raises lots of money. Anthropic. Seed rounds are expensive. You hosted a dinner with people. There was amazing energy. Most VC funds lose money. Here's a tagged list of investors. Agents have replaced tasks and people. Venture isn't the only path to build a company. Preference stacks affect your exit proceeds. Startup employees should understand options. What am I missing? In his latest article, Kyle Alspach at CRN takes a look at what everyone seems to have been talking about this week. As Anthropic and OpenAI pursue competing initiatives over #vulnerability discovery, the question of who will win is the least of concerns among #security teams. Instead, these teams are focusing on what the announcements mean for the global threat landscape. Namely: the surge in cyberattacks they will face as soon as attackers get their hands on comparable, or even semi-comparable, capabilities. Great insights from Trey Ford at Bugcrowd and Dan Lohrmann at Presidio . #Cybersecurity #Cyber #Infosecurity #Infosec #ArtificialIntelligence #AI #Anthropic #OpenAI #Mythos #ClaudeMythos #ChatGPT #ThreatIntelligence #RiskIntelligence #DataBreach #PR #PublicRelations #Marketing #Sales https://lnkd.in/g53isrt9

Interesting read today from Angus Loten at The Wall Street Journal . As automated tools take over #cybersecurity grunt work, companies are on the lookout for more experienced pros to run them. Of more than 500,000 total cybersecurity job postings by U.S. employers last year, only 17% were open to job seekers with less than four years of experience, according to CompTIA. That is down from 18% the previous year, and 19% in 2023, the information-technology trade group said. Expert commentary from Matt Hartman at Merlin Group , Diana Kelley at Noma Security , Dave Gerry at Bugcrowd , and Ram Varadarajan at Acalvio Technologies . #Cyber #Infosecurity #Infosec #AI #ArtificialIntelligence #AgenticAI #DataBreach #Tech #Technology #Automation #SiliconValley #Jobs #Hiring #Recruitment #HR #PR #PublicRelations #Marketing #Sales https://lnkd.in/gg6KgH34 ?
