Great to see the continued momentum of the IGEL Technology and Omnissa partnership in Australia and the valuable conversations taking place with customers and partners on the future of the secure digital workspace. As organizations shift from why modernize to how to scale securely, the focus is increasingly on simplifying operations, improving employee experience, and delivering measurable business outcomes. It's exciting to see IGEL and Omnissa growing together in the Australian market and helping customers build secure, scalable digital workplace environments. A big thank you to everyone involved—from the IGEL and Omnissa teams to our customers and partners—for making these discussions and collaborations possible. #IGEL #Omnissa #DigitalWorkspace #EUC #EndpointSecurity #Australia #Partnerships
Jun 2026Proud to see IGEL and Zscaler advancing the conversation around secure healthcare access with new healthcare blueprints. Healthcare environments need endpoint access that improves security, strengthens resilience, and supports clinicians without slowing them down. This is where IGEL Technology and Zscaler bring a powerful joint story to the market. IGEL is also proud to sponsor Zenith Live in Vienna. We look forward to welcoming you there and continuing the conversation. #IGEL #Zscaler #ZenithLive #HealthcareIT #EndpointSecurity #EUC
May 2026Some events are nice to attend. Others are absolutely essential. I can tell you categorically that the upcoming IGEL Technology London Summit falls firmly into the latter category. Gartner’s latest research around immutable endpoints is shining a light on something many organisations are now realising firsthand: You can modernise access architecture all day long, but if the endpoint itself remains mutable, difficult to govern, and slow to recover, the trust gap still exists. This here is exactly why the conversation around immutable endpoints is accelerating so quickly across the industry. An immutable operating model changes the equation: ✅ Reduced persistence for ransomware and malware ✅ Lower attack surface ✅ More consistent endpoint states ✅ Faster recovery during incidents ✅ Better alignment with Zero Trust and resilience strategies Our very own James Millington will be unpacking Gartner’s findings and what they mean for organisations rethinking endpoint security and operational resilience. James always brings the energy, the insight, and the ability to turn complex security challenges into practical, real world conversations that resonate with both technical and business leaders alike. If you’re in the endpoint security space, this is absolutely a session worth being in the room for. Mark out Thursday 28th of May in your diary. Looking forward to seeing you there. https://lnkd.in/edMdsjCK
May 2026As we head into the weekend, I’ve been reflecting on what has been an absolutely fantastic few days away at Presidents Club in Ibiza. It’s safe to say IGEL Technology pulled out all the stops. Incredible setting, brilliant food, great company and, most importantly, the chance to spend quality time with colleagues away from the usual day to day routine. It’s always nice seeing people outside the office environment and getting the opportunity to know people on a more personal level. The highlight for me had to be the buggy tour around the island. Absolutely stunning views and I loved every second of it. Unfortunately, somewhere along the route, I also managed to lose a hat. I’m told there may or may not be some video evidence circulating, although at this stage I can neither confirm nor deny anything 😅 One thing I’ve also realised is that I can work with complex technology every single day, yet still stand completely defeated by a hotel coffee pod machine. Surely I’m not alone in thinking you need a MENSA IQ just to operate those bloody things. Thankfully, Chrissy and I are always prepared for every eventuality. We’ve had plenty of stick over the years for refusing to travel anywhere without Yorkshire Tea and a teapot, but after another trip away and being defeated yet again by another coffee machine, you’ll never convince me otherwise. Shout out to ChatGPT as well. Gone are the days of trying to use Google Translate to figure out a menu. Great example of how quickly technology has evolved. We found ourselves using it more than once on this holiday to upload menus, decipher what everything meant and even get some pretty decent recommendations along the way. All in all, a brilliant few days away with some fantastic people. Now it’s full steam ahead again. As always, when you’ve been away for a few days, the inbox waiting for you afterwards is never exactly quiet. Wishing everyone a great weekend!
May 2026The future is endpoint security. How do I help you reduce the attack surface, improve cost efficiency and simplify the endpoint? By inviting you to join us at IGEL Technology Now and Next: Workspace and Endpoint Security Summit in London on May 28th. We will help you build real resilience. The last few years have changed the game. Breaches are exploding, the memory chip shortage is causing global supply chain issues. This isn’t fear mongering. AI driven cyber threats are evolving faster than ever before. The old approach of wait, detect and respond simply isn’t good enough anymore. We are going to have real conversations, real customer stories and real strategies that work in a world where security, cost, sustainability and endpoint control are all colliding. It will be a great day of networking, learning and insights. Can’t wait to see you there. https://lnkd.in/edMdsjCK

May 2026You can’t beat a bit of UK sunshine ☀️ But if you work in endpoint security, EUC, workplace strategy or infrastructure, then 30 Euston Square on the 28th May is probably where you want to be. Really looking forward to IGEL Technology ’s Workplace & Endpoint Security Summit in Central London. There’s a lot happening right now across our industry. Security pressures, endpoint complexity, ageing hardware estates and now the ongoing impact of the global chipset and memory shortage. Customers are having to rethink refresh cycles, budgets and long-term workplace strategy faster than many expected. One of the sessions I’ll be hosting is a panel discussion on the chip shortage and what it means for customers and partners moving forward. I’ll be joined by Tim Russell , Chief Technologist for Modern Workspace at CDW UK , plus another guest I’m going to announce shortly (it's an exciting one!) Alongside that, we’ll also have IGEL leadership with us throughout the day discussing strategy, roadmap and where the future of digital work is heading. I'll be joined on stage by our new Field CTO for Business Continuity Sterling Wilson for some interactive fun as a live workshop with the audience. Most importantly though, it’s a chance to get good people in a room together. Customers, partners, analysts and industry leaders sharing what’s actually happening in the field rather than just talking theory. Should be a great day. May 2026The conversation around endpoints has fundamentally changed. What was once viewed as a device management discussion now sits at the centre of security, resilience, user experience, compliance, and business continuity strategy. As organisations accelerate cloud adoption and AI initiatives, the challenge is no longer simply enabling digital work. It is securing it at scale without adding unnecessary complexity. That is exactly why we created the IGEL Technology Now & Next events. The London summit brings together technology leaders, security specialists, architects, and industry experts to discuss the realities organisations are facing right now, from Zero Trust and endpoint security through to operational resilience and recovery. The value of these events comes from the quality of the conversations in the room. Practical insight. Real world experience. Honest discussion around the challenges businesses are actively trying to solve. An excellent opportunity to connect with peers, exchange ideas, and explore what the future of secure digital workspaces needs to look like moving forward. https://lnkd.in/edMdsjCK
May 2026Finally, we have some sunshine ☀️ It’ safe to say Ibiza has been a complete washout so far. We’re not talking a bit of cloud or the odd shower either. It’s been thunderstorms, torrential rain and visibility so poor that we even abandoned the idea of hiring a car to explore more of the island altogether 🙈 The reality is when the weather is this bad, there really hasn’t been much opportunity to venture too far from the hotel. On the plus side, today we’ve finally got blue skies and sunshine and after the last few days, it definitely makes you appreciate it a lot more. Thankfully the forecast is now looking far more promising for the week ahead and I’m looking forward to catching up with the rest of the IGEL Technology team tomorrow for what should be a brilliant few days.
