Today marks my 4-year anniversary at impact.com .🌟 I’m fortunate my experience in digital agencies, media publishing and sales translated well into partnerships technology. 📲 Immersing myself in the impact.com platform, technology and solutions has been fascinating and fulfilling, especially with the increased focus on creators, content and storytelling. These are major areas of interest to me both personally and professionally. ✨ It’s been 4 years of: 🔘 Helping the world’s most iconic brands find value and utilize the platform to drive business growth through new partnerships, features, reporting and insights 🔘 Traveling for business meetings, conferences and team gatherings where I’ve gotten to spend time with such creative and intentional minds 🔘 Learning and evolving as the partnerships space has grown and changed - and continues to do so 🔘 Working with the incredible teammates who support one another, our clients, our partners and our mission to transform how businesses manage and optimize partnerships of all types I appreciate all of the people I’ve worked with these last 4 years - old friends and colleagues, new connections and beyond. Thank you, and I look forward to our future working together. 🚀🖤❤️🤍

On Friday impact.com once again joined the New Balance and Silverbean teams for the annual New Balance Partner Day in Amsterdam. Tasha Manzella and I presented some industry trends, tips and tricks for the platform and part of Impact’s roadmap. I left inspired at New Balance’s clear vision for the brand, the passion that their affiliate partners have for it, and at the drive that Bart Goes , Yaren Z. and Başak Raşa have to bring those together. New Balance treat their affiliates as true partners. I’d love to see more brands adopt the same model. Congrats again on a brilliant event New Balance and Silverbean

The Answer Era is here 🤖 Search gave consumers a list. #AI gives them a single, synthesised answer. And that answer is built from the voices AI trusts: your affiliate partners, your creator collaborators, your publisher network. Evertune AI found that over 40% of the top 10,000 AI-cited content sources either contain #affiliate links or are sponsored. That means your #partnership programme is no longer just a revenue channel. It’s your AI visibility strategy. At impact.com we call this the Answer Era. And the brands winning it are not the ones with the best-optimised pages. They’re the ones with the best relationships. Three things worth auditing right now: - Which of your partners are generating AI citations for your brand? - Are you investing in partners who shape the narrative, not just close the sale? - Is your programme being measured against AI search visibility, or just last-click? The brands building for this now will already be in the answer when AI becomes the primary discovery layer for their category. After 5 years, my chapter at impact.com closed on 15th March. I've been sitting with what to write for a few weeks. The image says most of it. What I'll add is this: none of those five lines came from a book. They came from the people I worked with, colleagues who pushed back when I needed it, clients who trusted us when they didn't have to, and partners who showed up even when the numbers were hard. To everyone who was part of this journey, thank you ! Genuinely Alex Springer Ross Negus Florian Gramshammer Sam Crocker San Sareen Daisy-Blue Malden Alex Gordon Marthe Berlin James Bennie Matt Sheppard Owen Hancock Brian Marcus Adam Pavley Smita Pillai André Koegler Antoine Desbuquois Ana Santos Sara Centemero Guillaume Spillmann Frédéric Taillier Tiago B. Diogo Ambrosio Simon Bedding Bonar Coakley Joel Berryman Harrison Trueman Nathan Estell Jakub Kozłowski Mabel Bravery Krum Dzhermanov Saordha Mulcahy Bianca Doroftei Alexandra Oberstadt Nick Menozzi Alex Ratford Nicholas Yates Tim Pike Stephen Kerin Inez Miedema Graeme Boase And to the many others I haven't named here, you know who you are, and I haven't forgotten. Five years is a lot of people who made a difference. Not all of them fit in a post. impact.com is a remarkable business. The partnership economy is real, and the team there is building something that matters. I leave proud, and genuinely excited about what comes next. ... more on that in May. 👀 🇫🇷 #Partnerships #DigitalMarketing #ThankYou #NewChapter

LinkedInFor brands

Most companies talk about innovation in product demos. The real test is whether customers can feel it the moment they log in. Today, we released a new product experience at impact.com , and it reflects something we believe deeply: 👉 Software should not make powerful work feel complicated. As partnerships have expanded across affiliate, creator, referrals, retail media, and more, the opportunity has grown fast. But so has the need for clarity, speed, and usability. That is why this release matters. We are building an experience designed to help brands move faster, discover value sooner, and operate sophisticated partnership programs with less friction. Not just a better-looking interface. A better way to work. For brands, that means: ⌛ Faster time to value ↗️ Clearer workflows 🟢 A more intuitive path to growth across partnership channels The best product experiences do something rare.... They make complexity disappear without reducing capability. That is the standard. Proud of the teams behind this launch and excited for what this unlocks for customers. Congrats to Max Ciccotosto , Roger Kjensrud , Per Pettersen and your talented teams! #ProductInnovation #Martech #Partnerships #CreatorMarketing #AffiliateMarketing #RetailMedia #CustomerExperience #B2BMarketing #impactcom
