30 years. 25 years. Different functions, same kind of impact. Last week, we celebrated David Schweihs and Paul Young for reaching remarkable milestones at Inmar Intelligence . David has helped build a best-in-class Healthcare sales organization grounded in trust, accountability, and results. Paul has played a critical role in advancing the technology and engineering capabilities that help power our business every day. What they share is a leadership style centered on people. Over the years, both have invested deeply in their teams, coached others, and created environments where associates feel supported, challenged, and empowered to grow. We hear it consistently from those who’ve worked with them: they are leaders who listen, seek to get it right, and genuinely care about the success of others. David and Paul, thank you for the lasting impact you’ve made on our teams, culture, and business. Congratulations on these incredible milestones. #InmarJourney

Great time in DC this week with Rob DeWig at the HDA - Healthcare Distribution Alliance Industry Relations Council meeting. I appreciated the opportunity to connect with industry peers, engage in meaningful conversations, and hear valuable updates impacting our industry. A special thank you to everyone who joined the dinner last night — I’m proud that Inmar Intelligence was able to sponsor the evening and support continued collaboration across our industry partnerships. #InmarJourney

As Inmar Intelligence celebrates 46 years and looks ahead to what’s next, I’ve been reflecting on a recent experience that really captured what makes this place special. This week, I had the opportunity to attend Inmar101 in Dallas—and it was time well spent. Getting to connect with new Inmarians like Trevon Campbell , Nickolas Moyer , Austin Caldwell , and Tim Lynch left me genuinely excited about where we’re headed. The future is in great hands at Inmar. It was also a blast catching up with long-time colleagues Chad Kardin and William Lutes, and especially meaningful to meet and collaborate with my new colleague, Sarah Montana . We worked hard (really hard), shared some great Texas BBQ, caught a baseball game, asked a lot of questions, and learned even more. What stood out most was the format—it wasn’t a lecture, it was a conversation. Truly collaborative, engaging, and energizing. Moments like this are a big part of why I’ve stayed at Inmar for over 20 years—and why I still love what I do. #InmarJourney @InmarIntelligence

Committed to the Inmar Intelligence Spring into your Strength challenge, allowing me to take in the fresh air and pause the back-to-back meetings for 45 minutes. This month’s wellness challenge pushed me to move more and it has driven such mental clarity. After all growth requires a clear mind and the consistent physical movement has given me that both in and out of the office. Spring into YOUR STRENGTH #WIN #StrongerTogether #inmarjourney

I thought this was a really cool piece that Inmar Intelligence put together for our CFO Rich Schmidt . #InmarJourney

This April, I’ve been leaning into Spring Into Your Strength — an initiative led by Inmar Intelligence 's Women’s Impact Network (WIN) and Stronger Together 💪 Employee Resource Group's. The premise is simple: well-being drives performance. The habits we build everyday shape how we lead and show up - 1% Better Every Day. For me, that’s meant focusing on low-barrier daily resets — meditation, nutrition, hydration, and rest. These small habits helped me get back into race training mode and led to running a 10K at Martha’s Run, supporting local playgrounds in my Pittsburgh community 🏅Let's Go! #InmarJourney #WIN #StrongerTogether
