Three weeks from tomorrow! Intelerad and GE HealthCare will be at Society for Imaging Informatics in Medicine (SIIM) together! It has been a long time in the making, but this is a great forum for us to share why we are so excited about the future. Also, to be frank, I feel like I have a lot of learning to do so being at SIIM is one of the best ways to understand where imaging informatics is going! See you soon! Alex Towbin Nabile Safdar Tessa Cook MD PhD FSIIM FCPP FAAR FACR Cheryl Kreider Carey, MBA Marc Kohli, MD FSIIM and so many other leaders!
May 2026👇 If you haven't signed up, please do so! There is no more important issue in today's medical and political environment than how we ensure that patients can get easy access to data that is rightfully theirs and how such data can be shared without friction. It is a very human problem and there is an easy technical fix - we just need to do it! Thank you Geraldine McGinty MD, MBA, FACR and Thomas Keane for your important leadership on this issue. Thank you to Intelerad and #RADequal for your support! GE HealthCare Simon Philip Rost
May 2026Fits perfectly! Today marks 60 days since we closed the transaction between GE HealthCare and Intelerad . A lot has happened, including the arrival of this iconic purple quarter zip! Landing at GE HealthCare is such a rare privilege and great outcome for all the employees and clients who bet on us through the years. 🙏 🙏 Sixty days has been a whirlwind. We met with employees in Montreal, Canada; Basingstoke, UK; Raleigh, NC; and Melbourne, Australia. Each meeting was a joint effort between both companies. Kudos to Andrew Harris and Joe Anzalone for ensuring nurturing human capital has been front and center of our integration. Thank you to CEO Scott Miller for being a relentless road warrior and culture carrier. You may have had more patient conversations on less sleep than anyone! You can’t rush building a culture and you have been investing when and where it counts. As one team, we started conversations we wanted after we signed the deal in November, but couldn’t have until we were one company. Our commercial teams met in Boston to start talking about how we truly could offer a value proposition that would be #BetterTogether ! Our product teams began meeting first in Montreal and then in Chicago and a bunch of times virtually in between to start aligning on our product roadmap. We have had countless client meetings in which we have started to outline the benefits this brings to them. This may be one of the most exciting initiatives in digital health right now. What is at stake is whether we can pull off a true vision of enterprise imaging which will make our clients more efficient, more effective and all of us healthier and better able to manage our health and well being. We aren’t slowing down - we’ll see you at UKIO in Liverpool and Society for Imaging Informatics in Medicine (SIIM) in Pittsburgh, so if you love the Beatles and/or the Steelers - June is your month!
May 2026Milestone week! This was my first GE HealthCare client town hall - it did not disappoint! We believed Intelerad would be #BetterTogether 🤞 But what really matters is what clients think. And, we are so pleased by the initial feedback. The roadmap (ably presented by Thierry Verstraete) really resonates - focusing on disease pathways, making process and outcomes better ✅ Software is a people business - Devendra Deshmukh explained how together we can support clients to make the most of great products ✅ I had a blast sharing ideas with Scott Miller , the CEO of Solutions for Enterprise Imaging, and who drove this forward to improve healthcare. #BetterTogether has become our mantra. I could really see it as we explained how orchestration, image sharing, cardiology and radiology solutions could come together in a powerful stack! Client feedback and engagement was A+ ✅ We are only a month in, but we are on the move! 🚀 Share your ideas - we are listening 💡 🎩 to Simon Philip Rost and his team for putting together such a great event! Apr 2026Better Together! The theme of the GE HealthCare and Intelerad combination! Let's talk AI and platforms. Taha Kass-Hout, MD, MS are really shaking up the AI world and we fit right in. Intelerad, from one point of view, is a data distribution and management system - super strong across radiology and cardiology and with connective tissue into virtually every major acute care system via InteleShare. Now, things get really interesting as GE HealthCare brings so many additional resources and innovations to the table. 🚀 For starters, more FDA cleared imaging applications on modalities than anyone else! 🤔 Question one - how do we drive that intelligence into the system as elegantly and as fast as possible! I had wanted to dig in with Taha and his team for years, so it was great to get on a call and share ideas with, Jan Beger who has the mission of interacting with customers and even non-customers to make sure we are doing and learning the latest! In the process he has built one of the largest followings in the industry and is one of The Imaging Wire Top 40 Voices in Radiology (which he is very humble about so I had to say it😉). As I have learned, GE HealthCare culture starts with the human side, so I got a great view into Jan, his beautiful family (which somehow flourishes despite his crazy travel schedule), his transition from the German military into start ups and then GE and finally his strategy for synthesizing science for everyone and how that built one of the most dynamic followings in the AI world. We are hardly a month into being one company, but every day is providing new and exciting opportunities! Stay tuned! Apr 2026In a week of showcasing our new 🇬🇧 Intelerad and GE HealthCare partnership, we met with thought leaders across the country. Sitting down at NHS Coventry and Warwickshire Integrated Care Board with Donna Shevlin, Vincent Leung, Craig Barnes gave us some wonderful perspectives on what valued clients are thinking. * Great training and support model - in the 🇬🇧 our training model is second to none and works well with the NHS model of training registrars and bringing in new consultants. No change there! * Radiologist workflow - our consultants rely upon and love our Best in KLAS Research workflow. No change there - in fact, we are excited to take it to the next level! * New innovation - one of the benefits of our partnership is that we can take advantage of new AI innovations (number one in FDA approved!) and integrations with other GE healthcare kit. Very exciting. Thank you to Simon Philip Rost for joining us and being so eloquent on the opportunity ahead. And as always 🎩 to our amazing UK 🇬🇧 leadership - Arron Edwards , Liam Neill and Anna Ramsay
