Had a great time at DevOpsDays Uzbekistan 2026! It was an amazing opportunity to meet talented people from the tech community, listen to inspiring speakers, and exchange ideas about DevOps, cloud, automation, and engineering culture. Networking with professionals and connecting with new people was definitely one of the best parts of the event. Glad to be part of such a growing and motivated community. Looking forward to future meetups and collaborations! #DevOps #DevOpsDays #Uzbekistan #Networking #CloudComputing #Automation #TechCommunity
May 2026I’ve seen many candidates accept counter-offers - and in most cases, the raise solved the symptom, not the reason they wanted to leave. People rarely start interviewing because of compensation alone. Usually it’s growth, leadership, culture, scope, or feeling stuck. A last-minute salary increase can change the number, but it doesn’t always change the experience that pushed someone to look elsewhere in the first place. The real question isn’t: "Should I accept the counter-offer?" It’s: "Why did I start looking in the first place?"
May 2026The remote work debate often misses the real issue: communication and process. I’ve worked on searches across multiple time zones, and the strongest teams were not defined by office attendance. They were defined by clarity, documentation, and trust. Sometimes companies push for "office-first" because collaboration feels easier in person. But if core processes only work when everyone is physically together, the problem may not be remote work itself. The best distributed teams I’ve seen prioritize accountability, async communication, and clear decision-making - and they often move faster than local teams. Top talent today values flexibility and autonomy. The companies that balance trust with strong execution will likely have the biggest hiring advantage moving forward.
May 2026Officially a Certified Fitness Coach! 🎓💪 I’m happy to share that I have successfully completed my Fitness Coach certification! While it might seem like a shift, I’ve found that managing a body is a lot like managing a complex project and my PM experience really helped to reach my goals of in the fitness world. My first client is my daughter, and I am happy she is proud of her mom! 🥰
Apr 2026Proud to see this topic on the MACH stage because in manufacturing, it’s never just about data, it’s about trust in it. Valery Panteleev will be speaking on 22 April — join if you can!
Apr 2026Sometimes we see the future of a startup before the founders themselves do. That’s one of the strangest and most interesting parts of working in sales and account management. You’re constantly talking to different companies, hearing the same pain points over and over, spotting patterns that most teams inside a single startup simply don’t see. While they’re deep in execution — building, shipping, fixing what’s broken today — you have the advantage of distance and perspective. You start to see where the market is pulling them. You see the bigger version of what their product could become. But here’s the irony: The teams with the highest potential often don’t realize they’re the “chosen ones”. They hesitate. They focus on surviving today and sometimes miss the opportunity that’s forming right in front of them. That’s when your role goes beyond just selling. You become a translator of the outside world. Not every team will listen. Not every product will make it. But every once in a while, you meet a founder or a team that only needs that small external push to believe in what they’ve actually built. Sometimes people need someone from the outside to help them get to the place they’d never reach on their own. And in those moments, you’re not just closing a deal. You’re helping shape something that might actually change the game. It’s fun to think you did something. Left a mark on the world. That’s one of the most rewarding parts of this job. #AccountManagement #StartupSales #SalesPerspective #Founders #ClientPartnership #ExternalPerspective #SalesLeadership #BusinessDevelopment #StartupJourney
Apr 2026A small proud moment for our team! Our Manufacturing Dashboard has been shortlisted at the 𝘔𝘢𝘯𝘶𝘧𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘚𝘶𝘱𝘱𝘭𝘪𝘦𝘳 𝘐𝘯𝘯𝘰𝘷𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘈𝘸𝘢𝘳𝘥𝘴 𝘜𝘒 2026 in “Most Innovative Big Data and Analytics Solution.” What makes this special for me - it’s not just another dashboard. It’s about finally making data work for people on the shop floor and beyond when decisions can’t wait. If this resonates, I’d really appreciate your support (and your vote) 🙏 👉 https://lnkd.in/dbX4ajnd
