Este ha sido un anhelo que perseguía hace mucho tiempo; más que un trámite, es una forma de honrar y mantener vivo el legado de mi familia materna. Conectar oficialmente con la tierra de mis antepasados es un orgullo y un sueño cumplido que me llena de satisfacción. Ha sido un camino largo que comenzó su fase final en Washington D.C. y que concluyó oficialmente aquí en Chile. Nada de esto hubiera sido posible sin la ayuda de quienes me rodearon. Mi más sincero agradecimiento a quienes me ayudaron y acompañaron; especialmente a mi esposa y a mis dos hijas, cuyo apoyo y amor fueron fundamentales para que hoy esto sea una realidad. This has been a long-held dream; more than just a formal process, it is a way to honor and keep alive the legacy of my maternal family. Officially connecting with the land of my ancestors is a source of pride and a dream come true. It has been a long road—starting its final phase in Washington D.C. and officially concluding here in Chile. None of this would have been possible without the help of those around me.
