Apr 2026New badge unlocked. 🎖️ 8 months. One audacious bet — build our own HR platform from scratch. What we shipped: • 15,000 employees on a single platform • 150+ organizations, 200+ stakeholder types • Professional tax compliance across 5 states • Multi-bracket salary structures, multi-shift scheduling • Flexi-benefit plans employees actually configure themselves • Full lifecycle: Onboarding → Grievance, Payslip, Attendance, PMS, Work Tracker → Exit • Deep integrations: OnGrid, PAN verification, bank verification, PF, and more • AI-powered resume shortlisting, pre-evaluation, and first-round interviews This is not a rebrand of someone else's SaaS. This is ours — every line of code, every workflow, every edge case. None of it happens without the right people in the right seats: Debika Banerjee — CHRO, who carried the vision and never let us drift from what HR actually needs on the ground. Jagadeesh Yarra — The Creator. The architect who turned a blank page into a platform. Raviteja Dasari — The Executor. The one who made deadlines move. @Kranti — The Rule Book. Kept us compliant, kept us honest. And to the engineering team who built through every sprint — thank you. This one's yours. Building enterprise software in-house is unfashionable advice these days. But when you get the people right, it's still the best bet on the table. Onto what's next. 🚀 #HRTech #ProductLaunch #BuildInHouse

Mid-career professionals in 2026 face intense pressure. This isn't due to a lack of talent. It's because talent alone isn't enough anymore. AI has changed everything. The people who learn quickly and use AI effectively are moving ahead. Those who rely solely on their experience are getting left behind. That may sound harsh, but it’s true. In HRTech and AI strategy, I notice the same pattern repeatedly: mid-level professionals who wait for stability are losing ground, while those who develop AI skills are becoming more valuable. The new career advantage is straightforward: - Know your field - Use AI to improve your work - Stay visible - Keep learning - Solve business problems, not just tasks In 2026, comfort won't be rewarded. Adaptability will. If you're mid-career, consider this your wake-up call. Don't just focus on gaining experience. Focus on becoming relevant. Shorter version Being mid-career in 2026 isn’t just about experience. AI is redefining what being "valuable" means. The professionals who succeed are those who adapt quickly, use AI wisely, and remain visible in their organizations. Experience is still important. But adaptability is what truly gets rewarded. If you’re mid-career, ask yourself: Are you gaining experience, or are you becoming more relevant? #AI #FutureOfWork #MidCareer #CareerGrowth #HRTech #AIStrategy #WorkforceTransformation #ProfessionalDevelopment #AIAdoption #DigitalTransformation #LinkedInIndia
Apr 2026For us at Orchids, spreading joy in children’s lives through the arts is serious business. (you see the intentional irony? 😄) When working on arts education in schools, it’s easy to assume that training teachers alone will drive outcomes. It won’t. It’s the entire school ecosystem that determines how effective learning truly will be - especially for a subject that everyone is familiar with, but very few have experienced meaningfully in an academic setting. So this year, we brought 210+ school leaders together not as observers, but as active participants. They: - engaged with the arts hands-on - unpacked the thinking behind the curriculum - co-created school-level systems that will outlast individual classrooms Because that’s when quality sustains. Well, it took us some days of hectic travel to complete the cycle but the clarity in the training rooms made it worth it! Our team put together a small compilation of moments from the training- and the joy on their faces says more than any framework could. https://lnkd.in/gmGCkrXH #ArtsEducation #SchoolLeadership #SystemThinking
Apr 2026Okay so last Saturday was… something else. 😅 I walked into a training room with 30 professionals who had literally never opened ChatGPT. Not once. No automation tools. No prompts.Nothing. Just 30 people looking at me with that face. You know the one. "Alright Rahul, impress us." 😂 I didn't start with slides.I didn't start with a demo either. I just asked them one thing: "What's the one task that eats your time every single week and makes you want to scream a little inside?" 😄 And honestly? The answers came out faster than I expected. Someone said follow-up emails — writing the same thing over and over, 20 times a day.Another person said weekly reports — copy pasting from 4 different sheets every Friday. Someone at the back quietly said "WhatsApp. Just… WhatsApp." 😂 I felt that. We've all felt that.So instead of talking about AI, we just… started using it. Right there. Together. 45 minutes later, we had actually built stuff: a follow-up email workflow that writes itself ✅ a basic WhatsApp auto-response setup ✅ a report template that pulls everything in one click ✅ Nothing fancy. Nothing that required a computer science degree. But the moment that got me — genuinely got me — Was watching the woman who said "I'm really not a tech person" at 9 AM… Actually building her own workflow by 11. 🙌 Or the guy in the back row who had his arms crossed the whole first hour. He was the last one to leave. Stayed back 20 minutes after everyone else just to keep asking questions. That right there. That's the thing. Most people aren't scared of AI. They just haven't had anyone sit with them and show them that it's actually… usable. For their actual work. Their actual problems. Not some futuristic concept. Not a threat to their job. Just a genuinely helpful thing that makes Monday mornings slightly less painful. 😊 That's what drives everything I do with GrowthNova. Not the technology part. The people part. Because the best AI transformation I've ever seen didn't start with a great tool. It started with one person thinking — "oh wait, I can actually do this." And then doing it. 💙 Anyway. That was my Tuesday. What's your "oh wait, this actually works" AI moment been? Drop it below — genuinely curious. 👇 #AI #RealTalk #WorkforceTransformation #AITraining #GrowthNova #FutureOfWork #AIAdoption #PeopleFirst #StartupIndia #LinkedInIndia
