🇰🇿 🇫🇮 A little more about Finland, through the eyes of the Honorary Consul 😎 From words to deeds: Practical lessons of Finnish innovation I returned from Finland with a clear understanding and further confirmation: innovation here is not just slogans, but extremely pragmatic tools. I'll share some specific examples that are also practically applicable here: 1. Digitalization of industry: Smart fields and mines In Finland, the digital twin is the standard. Companies like Sandvik and Metso Outotec are implementing systems where unmanned equipment operates in mines under AI control. Takeaway: The potential for such automation in our oil, gas and mining sectors is enormous. We have already begun implementing these technologies, but unfortunately, we are still lagging behind. This not only ensures safety but also reduces production costs by 15-20%. 2. Agrotech: Efficiency at Every Meter The Finns are masters of resource management in challenging climates. I've seen precision farming solutions: sensors analyze soil composition in real time, and irrigation systems dose water and fertilizer with gram-perfect accuracy. Takeaway: For our large-scale agribusiness projects, this is the only path to sustainability. We need to move from "vast acreage" to "smart hectares" and finally become the world's breadbasket. 3. Circular Economy Their approach to waste recycling is constantly astounding. For example, construction waste or industrial byproducts are transformed into new materials for road surfaces or energy. This is an unwavering level of recycling and the "gold standard." Takeaway: Recycling industrial waste at our facilities can become a profitable business if we apply the right processing technologies. We recently initiated a new project to recycle drilling waste and use these materials in the road industry. We are beginning trials in collaboration with KazAvtoZhol. Key Takeaway Finnish success is based on Pragmatism, Partnership and Continuity. They don't try to invent everything at once, they take a specific problem and solve it. Consistently, thoroughly and sustainably. The world isn't waiting; we need to accelerate... #Kazakhstan #Finland #Innovation #BusinessDevelopment #Sustainability

We explore: The identity shift after peak performance Why high achievers often spiral when momentum slows The pressure of who you used to be Failing fast vs. slowly losing yourself How to rebuild when your old system stops working This isn’t about motivation—it’s about reality. The uncomfortable transition between who you were at your peak and who you’re becoming next.
