Yesterday, I graduated with full honors in Business Administration from Brookdale Community College! When I first stepped onto campus, I had no direction. I took a chance on Brookdale and got active on campus. That's when I found opportunities and a sense of belonging. I want to thank Brookdale and my family for supporting me on my academic journey. Not only did I find my passion in accounting here, but I also made lifelong connections with my peers and professors.

College taught me how to study but the real world taught me how to stay relevant … In college, I studied psychology and communications. Learning looked like lectures and finals. And then I graduated … and suddenly the classroom changed. It becomes conference halls. Networking conversations. And rooms filled with the people building the future. At my 9-5, I work on the paid media team at Fenty Beauty so I’m constantly thinking about content, performance, and what actually drives growth. Yesterday, I attended the Meta Performance Marketing Summit. Instead of learning from professors, I got to learn from leaders behind some of the world’s biggest brands ( Amazon , Meta , and Samsung Electronics ) - sharing what’s working, what’s changing, and what’s coming next. They talked about: → AI across Meta ads + products → The future of creator partnerships → Agentic commerce I even got to play pickleball in augmented reality on the Meta Quest 3S. Days like this remind me… your degree might open the first door. But curiosity is what keeps opening the next ones. So keep learning … or get left behind

Next time you need to give a creative presentation, steal this idea 👇 I used Claude to build a presentation that looked and felt like Spotify . Not "inspired by Spotify." I mean the actual UX (the dark green gradient, the now-playing bar, the album-art tile grid, etc) The prompt was basically: → Here's everything I want to say. → Design it as if it lives inside the Spotify app. That was it. Claude built the whole thing as an interactive html file I could click through live. Safe to say, the room was impressed with how I did this LOL (shoutout Claude) The move isn't always "use AI to make slides." Sometimes, it’s thinking more creatively outside the box and letting AI bring it to life.

Turning 24 this week and for some reason this year feels different ... 23 wasn’t perfect, it wasn’t linear, and it definitely wasn’t what I had planned… but it might’ve been the year I grew the most. Here’s a snapshot of 23: -Won 1st place at a pickleball tournament -Moved to SF and grew my network x20 -Attended 15 concerts + raves -Watched 6 Golden State Warriors games at Chase Center -Quit grad school… lol -Cofounded Elsewher3 → 186 members in under 3 months -Hosted 9 social events because making friends post-grad is harddd -20+ brand collabs -5M+ views across TikTok & Instagram On paper, it looks like a lot. But behind the scenes, it was a year of: taking risks, feeling lost, starting over, and figuring things out in real time. I said yes to things I wasn’t ready for. I walked away from things that no longer felt right. I built things without knowing if they’d work. And somewhere in between, I became someone I’m actually proud of. 24, I don’t have it all figured out. But I trust myself a lot more now. And I think that’s the real win. Cheers to growing, evolving, and building a life that actually feels like yours.
