May 2026What I Learned From Interacting With Clients. Recently, I have been involved in giving demos of our software to clients and helping them understand how the product can solve their problems. Initially I believed that a product demo means explaining to them the features which our product has and convincing them to buy the software. But overtime I realized something important: The real learning happens during the conversations Every conversations helped me to understand: 1. What problems are they actually facing? 2. Why do certain challenges matter more to them? 3. What do they truly expect from our product? 4. How important communication is while building the trust of the client. One thing I understood is that clients are not just looking for software, they are actually looking for the solution that will make their work easy and efficient. These conversations not only improved my product understanding but also communication, listening. As a product management intern, this taught me that understanding the client is just as important as understanding the whole product itself. #TIL #ProductManagement #ClientExperience
