Army E-5 -> Private Sector 143K -> GS-14 in 1 Month. 15 years in program management. MS, PMP, CSM behind his name. His first BMR success was a Senior Principal Program Manager role. Private sector. He could have stopped there. Most people do. Instead he kept tailoring resumes for every target that mattered. Defense. Technology. Federal. He treated his career like a campaign and BMR like the platform that produced the ammunition. This morning he dropped a message in my DMs. GS-14 offer. Now negotiating the step. For everyone who is not familiar, GS-14 is the senior federal grade most veterans spend years working toward. Six-figure base. Real authority. The kind of role that defines a federal career. That is what BMR was built for. Not one resume. Not one job. A platform that helps you tailor every application for every target, so when the right opportunity drops, you are already two drafts ahead. The first job opens the door. The second is the one you actually wanted. Boom! Huge congrats to this Vet. Lots more to the story but, this was the short version.

Crazy thing happened the other day. Got this email from the contact form on my site. An individual in the search for info found what they were looking for. And it had nothing to do with resumes. 😋 Ive quietly been ultra productive in other places outside of LinkedIn . The internet is full of garbage and doing my part to make a small dent. I also have a new public tool that I haven't announced here yet. All good stuff. To be continued.... -Brad

"Send me your resume" just died. Every veteran has done this dance. Networking event, LinkedIn DM, a text from the recruiter you met at TAP. You promise to send your resume. Then you go home, open the PDF you haven't touched in 8 months, realize the formatting broke on your new laptop, panic-edit for 40 minutes, attach it to an email, and hope it gets read. That workflow is what we built BMR to kill. Today we shipped public profiles. Every veteran, every spouse, every transitioning service member gets their own page on Best Military Resume. One URL. Always current. Drop it in your LinkedIn website field. Drop it in your email signature. When a recruiter asks "got a resume?" you send the link. What's on the page: Your civilian-translated headline (the AI reads your base résumé and writes it for you). Top 3 quantified stats. The numbers a hiring manager will actually remember. Photo, location, the open-to-work beacon. Full experience with a "show military equivalent" toggle on every role. Skills, education, certifications, service record. A one-click PDF download for the recruiters who still want one. You can hide anything you don't want public. Last name, phone, current employer, all of it. Whatever needs to stay private stays private. Share the link in iMessage, LinkedIn, Slack, anywhere. It auto-generates a clean preview card with your name, your headline, your 3 stats. This is the calling card you wished you had at TAP. It's free. All of it. Every feature on the page. Go set yours up. ♻️ Repost so another veteran has a link to share before their next networking conversation. veterans militarytransition veteranjobs militaryresume transitioningmilitary

An Outreach Specialist at (Redacted 😉) just sent me this email. He said his organization regularly refers transitioning veterans to Best Military Resume for resume assistance. Then he added something I wasn't expecting. "I also got 2 free resumes from BMR and they are the ones I intend to use if I ever need to seek other employment." This is a guy whose entire job is helping veterans transition. He sees every resume tool out there. He refers his veterans to BMR. And he already has his own BMR resumes ready to go, just in case. That is the standard we are building to. Not just a tool that works. A tool that the people who help veterans for a living trust enough to keep in their back pocket. If you are separating, transitioning, or just tired of staring at a resume full of acronyms nobody understands, BMR was built for this exact moment. Repost if this helps a veteran in transition.

Free resume. Call from the firm owner 20 minutes after applying. This is what helping Veterans for free looks like. The wild part: Erinn is a close friend. We were talking yesterday and she mentioned she used BMR for her current job. I had no idea. It never even came up. That's how it should work. A system that gets people hired quietly, on their time with no friction. Veteran. Military spouse. Both sides of the transition. Now placed. Brad Best Military Resume
