Apr 2026I want to thank my entire team on this one. We waged this war for two years and had to win one battle after another to bring it home. There were so many twists and turns along the way, you could write a book about it. But the real heroes are our PM team in New Orleans. They kept this asset afloat for five years with zero capital and zero ownership support. You inspire me and set the standard for what an on-site team should be. The average tenure of our managers is 17 years on these sites. Now the real work begins—implementing a $30M rehab and building a first-class community from the ground up. We are focused on attracting the best residents in the market—people who want a quality, affordable environment where neighbors look out for one another. Going to be satisfying on so many levels…..
