Thank you to the Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce (WMC) HR Leadership Rountable for inviting me and my M3 Insurance colleague Claire Grundhoffer, GBDS to speak at your quarterly meeting and to Glenroy, Inc. for hosting the event. Very engaging group of professionals and it was an excellent discussion on the health care/health insurance landscape, market dynamics and strategies to overcome them. #humanresources #employeebenefits #captives #innovation #strategy #manufacturing
Apr 2026Fabulous evening fundraising to support programming for Boys & Girls Club of Greater Green Bay - Shawano! Tonight’s Shawano Uncorked is one of the two major fundraisers we host annually. M3 Insurance is proud to provide support as a “You had me at Merlot” sponsor and through grant funding from the M3 INSURANCE FOUNDATION INC . Jodi Wellhoefer and I enjoyed a great evening for such an important community resource!
Apr 2026Not the most comfortable topic, but an important one for business leaders to think about. When organizations talk about risk, the focus is usually on property & casualty insurance or employee benefits. What often gets overlooked is the risk tied to a small group of people who have an significant impact on the business: key leaders and top performers. At M3 Insurance , we work with clients across P&C and employee benefits, but Chris Henderson and his team specialize in executive‑level benefits and insurance, an area many organizations don’t fully address until they’re forced to. A few realities worth considering: ✔️ Losing a top producer or leader unexpectedly can have a significant financial and operational impact on the business. ✔️ High earners are often under‑protected by traditional group benefits if they’re no longer able to work. ✔️ Retaining and recruiting senior talent increasingly requires more than base compensation and standard benefits. Key person life insurance and executive benefit strategies can help in two critical ways: 📌 Protect the business by funding buy‑sell agreements, covering lost revenue, or offsetting the cost of replacing a key contributor. 📌 Provide meaningful, supplemental benefits for high earners, helping protect their income and reinforcing long‑term retention. If executive benefits and business protection aren’t part of the conversation today, they should be. The gap is larger than many leaders realize, until it isn’t. https://lnkd.in/eSEsBxtU
