Some of the greatest blessings in life are the moments that could only have been orchestrated by God. The phone call that came at the perfect time. The door that opened when every other one closed. The strength you somehow found when you thought you had none left. The peace that made no earthly sense. As we step into this new week, remember this: God has already gone before you. He has seen every meeting, every conversation, every challenge, every opportunity, and every victory waiting on the other side. This week will be full of wins and God-moments — the kind where you’ll look back and say, “There is no way that was coincidence. That was Him. All Him.” So walk into this week with expectation, not fear. With faith, not doubt. With confidence, not anxiety. You are not walking alone. God is guiding your steps, opening doors, protecting your path, and working things together for your good — even when you cannot yet see it. Praying this week brings favor, peace, unexpected blessings, and undeniable reminders of God’s goodness to each of you. #Faith #MondayMotivation #GodMoments #Blessed #KeepGoing #FaithOverFear

May 2026I was recently asked, "Was there a moment when I chose to move forward even though I felt uncertain?" Yes. Yes, there was - and I did it anyway. Thank you, Influential Women for asking the question.
May 2026I played with the new Claude Design this weekend. Uploaded my brand guidelines, gave it a white paper, and told it to make it look better. Here’s the before and after after 😳
Apr 2026I just told Claude Design to combine two images and make it look nice. It took me 5 minutes after I uploaded my brand design guide. And it's fully editable....
Apr 2026Ad platforms can measure themselves, but they can't measure each other. The one questions I get most often from marketers is some version of: Does attribution still matter in the age of AI? My answer is yes. More than ever actually. When I talk to marketers about attribution, the conversation usually starts with "we need better reporting." But the right question isn't "what happened?" Instead you should be asking "what caused it?" and "what would have happened anyway?" Those are different questions, and platform data can't answer them. And AI makes this harder, not easier. The platforms are absolutely getting better at optimizing, but they're optimizing for their signals, not yours. And with the machines moving faster than ever, the cost of feeding it the wrong signal also compounds faster than ever too. Here's the core problem: Every platform you run ads on has its own measurement system. Meta tracks Meta. TikTok tracks TikTok. YouTube tracks YouTube. And so on. Each one reports back on its own performance using its own signals — last-click, view-through, in-app events — all optimized to show that spend is working, regardless of what actually hits your P&L. None of the ad platforms are wrong, per se. They're just incomplete. To use a movie metaphor: The platforms are really great at crafting the perfect scene, but they have no way of knowing the scene that came before it or what's coming after it. So you end up with an incomplete story. Your customer journey is the full movie. They converted on your website, after seeing an ad on TikTok, being retargeted on Meta, and Googling you three days later. Every platform in that chain is going to claim the conversion. None of them can see what the others contributed. So you're not getting a picture of how your ads work together. Instead you're getting multiple ad platforms each telling you they're the one responsible for the conversion. Ad platform signals are built to measure activity within their ecosystem, not your business outcomes. What you actually need is a single system that sits above all of them. One that measures cross-channel contribution -- How each channel influences the others, where credit actually belongs, what's driving revenue that reaches your P&L, and what's actually incremental vs what would have happened anyway. You shouldn't focus on platform outcomes, you should only focus on business outcomes. AI will only make the walls of these walled gardens higher. As AI-driven optimization accelerates, this cross-platform limitation only gets more consequential. Because as the platforms keep getting better at spending your budget efficiently, they make it easier for you to ignore the cross-platform impact. Ad attribution has to be built with your goals in mind, not theirs. Built across every channel to connect the dots they can't connect themselves.
