Back in the Bay Area today; as much as I love spending time in New York, the 6 hour flight west is a killer. I’d take a long haul SF to London or SF to Sydney over NY to SF any day of the week. From one high performing office to another, let’s talk about San Francisco. One of our SF based teams is led by our global top biller from FY25 Martin Wenzel who set a new Meet Life Sciences record, and Tanya Kochan who was our #3 perm biller of FY25, joining an ever growing club of $1m+ We have opportunities in this team, to join us in downtown San Francisco, partnering with our biotech clients on their life changing missions. Something I am immensely proud of since I Iaunched SF in 2016 is the track record of high performers that develop in this environment including Sean Farrell who now plays a key role in our SD office, in addition to notable (and missed) alumni that I’m very fond of who took their experience of Meet SF and challenged themselves to go it alone (and smash it) or use their high performance to launch themselves into a completely new career!! If you have recuriment experience and you’d like to hear more, message Jon Arth and I to start a discussion. To my industry network; if a family member is looking for a leg up in their career, maybe their first job post graduation, maybe a change of pace, we’d love to hear from them! I am looking for the high performers of FY27 to join us at Meet SF, no recruitment experience necessary. Thanks all
Apr 2026Day two in our New York office and as always the view is as motivational and inspiring as the high performing team that occupy it! Yesterday in the true collaborative fashion that our clients know us for, the team closed out a key hire for Boston based biotech VC. The collaboration the client took advantage of was through our Infinity Loop, a connected ecosystem of talent solutions designed to partner with other organizations as they grow, change, and mature. Matt Capolongo from our NY Contract department, Azelia Pizzuti from our NY Permanent department, and Amit Uma from our Global Delivery department in London!! A superb team effort and a fantastic result for the client. I’ll admit, it takes a lot of work to achieve this outcome, it requires high performers who can put their clients needs ahead of their own ambitions. And this is paramount to how we work at Meet Life Sciences . The good news is that we are hiring for our New York office. Paul Banks and Azelia Pizzuti are looking to add two key hires; - experienced technical recruiter for our Health Tech offering. Two new clients in April already with volume needs, warm desk. - experienced Clinical Development recruiter for our Pharma/Biotech offering. Hot desk!! I’m in New York today and tomorrow morning for meetings so feel free to reach out to me directly. Thanks all
