Yesterday, I did a demo on schema, entities, and why structured data is the foundation of any serious AI and GEO strategy. Today at Google CloudNext 2026, Google did the same demo on their main stage in Las Vegas. An AI agent searching thousands of recipe PDFs for allergens. Zero results for soy. Looks safe. But one recipe contained an ingredient called Base 204. The agent checked the supplier manual. Base 204 contains soy. 👉 A keyword search misses it entirely. The agent catches it because the Knowledge Catalog had mapped the hidden connection between recipe, ingredient, and allergen across two separate PDFs. That's what schema and entity extraction actually do. They make invisible connections visible. 👉 For AI to work; whether it's safety compliance, agentic commerce, or showing up in AI search; your data has to be structured, mapped, and machine-readable. The agents can only find what's connected. Build the foundation first. Watch the demo at starting 4:46: https://lnkd.in/g-eUbwSV #GoogleCloudNext2026
Apr 2026The metric every SaaS company obsesses over is not the one causing churn. Across five accounts, the pattern was the same. Everyone tracked NPS. Everyone ignored time-to-value. Here is the problem: NPS tells you how someone feels after they have already formed an opinion. By the time a score drops, the damage is done. The customer has mentally churned. They are just waiting out their contract. Time-to-value tells you something different. Did they get their first win? How fast? If a customer has not hit a meaningful outcome in the first 30 days, you are already in recovery mode. Track the right thing early and you stop fighting fires. You prevent them. What metric do you think gets the least attention in CS? #CustomerSuccess #SaaS #ChurnPrevention #B2B #Metrics
Apr 2026What even is AI native Design and Product Thinking? I've been in many rooms with discussion around this but this conversation with Rajat Patel was a complete breakdown of this mindset and skill set shift! He's built design systems at Zepto , PhonePe , airtel , products used by millions. And now he's running Molecule Academy of Design (M.A.D), making designers ready for what is to come! The stuff that landed for me: 1. Product taste isn't innate. You can build it. (And most designers don't know how.) 2. The jump from web design to product design breaks people because they're solving for the wrong things. 3. Your portfolio should show value, not just pixels 4. Full-stack thinking is becoming table stakes 5. AI isn't replacing design, it's forcing us to think differently about it If you're navigating your design career right now, whether you're starting out, trying to level up, or leading a team, then this one's worth your time.
