𝗚𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗜 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲? It starts with the team... through INSPIRATION!✨ Last week I wrote about our AI Native transformation. A lot of people asked for specific tips. I (still) don't have all the answers, but here's one I'm sure about: Every single person on the team needs to become an "𝗔𝗜 𝗳𝗮𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰" 🤩 AI usage has an 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘩𝘰𝘳𝘪𝘻𝘰𝘯. There's a point of savviness where, once you cross it, it's hard NOT to be a fanatic. Some people get there on their own. Others need this little push of inspiration to get there and see what they can do with AI beyond basic use cases. So I built an internal training. Started with this deck. 30 minutes walking the team through how disruptive this revolution is, why they HAVE to get onboard, and how to do it. Followed by 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹-𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘀 of what people built. You'd be surprised how effective this is. Seeing the insanely useful things someone built in a few hours is often the trigger to start heading toward the 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘩𝘰𝘳𝘪𝘻𝘰𝘯. Going forward: 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹 💡 A place for people to brag about their AI achievements. A skill they built. A system they created. A new design they came up with. It's easy. Everybody who creates something amazing with AI *loves* to brag about it. And it helps everybody else get ideas and see how easy it can be. That's my tip for this week. More to come.
