Plot twist: the recruiter automated herself. Built an agent that goes from zero to full hiring process - JD, hiring plan, scorecards, sourced candidates, personalized outreach all in one shot. Recruiting got way easier. But that's not really the point. The point is what I can do with the time I got back. Less time formatting scorecards and copy-pasting templates. More time actually talking to candidates, understanding what they've built, and making calls that matter. Monte Carlo is going all-in on AI. Not just in the product, but in how we operate internally. The speed difference is hard to explain until you've seen it run. New open roles dropping soon👀 __________________________________________________________________ The architecture is in the image below if you're curious what's actually running under the hood. #AI #Recruiting #FutureOfWork #TalentAcquisition #RecruitingTech #AIAgents #HRTech #ClaudeAI #Automation
May 2026Databricks just announced Agent Bricks and Monte Carlo is a key integration partner — and the only observability provider in the ecosystem. The pattern we keep seeing: teams build a great agent demo, then hit a wall in production because the data layer isn't ready. Stale context, broken lineage, no visibility into what the agent actually consumed. The model works fine. The data doesn't. Excited about this one. #aiobservability #agentready #databricks
Apr 2026Personal Update: After an incredible two years at Monte Carlo, I've made the decision to join Hightouch as a Mid-Market AE! When I joined Monte Carlo, I was pivoting out of my career as a football coach and knew absolutely nothing about the tech world (emphasis on nothing). Luckily for me, I was joining a company that was comprised of incredible people who poured into my development and set me up for success. I can't display enough gratitude to everyone who made my two years there so special! Looking forward, I am incredibly excited to start this next chapter and be a part of what Hightouch is building as the leading Composable CDP and Agentic Marketing Platform!
