𝐌𝐲𝐭𝐡 = 𝐌𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐲𝐚. Both are illusions. A few months ago, I was pursuing a mid-size GCC in Hyderabad. It was a strong account with the right profile, ticking every box on paper. We submitted a detailed proposal with good numbers and a solid solution. Then — silence. After a few follow-ups, I had already started to write them off in my mind. I thought, "They've probably gone with a bigger name. We can't compete with the giants." That thought felt true and logical, as I had seen it happen before. Classic mithya. Then, a few days later, almost as a formality, the decision-maker said something unexpected: "We ignored the big names on purpose. We've been burned before. We wanted someone who would actually show up." He gave us the opportunity that week. The myth we all carry — "big logos always win" — dissolved in that one sentence. The most dangerous myth in sales isn't the one your competitor is promoting; it's the one you're quietly telling yourself about your pipeline, your positioning, and your odds.

One Salesforce LWC interview question that still catches many developers off guard 👇 “When should we use Imperative Apex Calls instead of @wire?” Most people answer: ➡️ “When we need button click operations.” But interviewers usually expect deeper understanding. Here’s the real difference I learned while building actual projects: ✅ Use @wire when data should react automatically ✅ Use Imperative Apex when YOU want full control over execution Example: Button click actions Conditional server calls Save/Update/Delete operations Sequential async processing Better error handling with try/catch And one more thing that separates beginner vs experienced LWC developers 👇 🔥Custom Events (dispatchEvent) Passing data from child → parent cleanly is one of the most important LWC concepts in interviews. this.dispatchEvent( new CustomEvent('save', { detail: this.recordId }) ); Simple line. But it demonstrates: ✔ Component communication ✔ Event-driven architecture ✔ Reusable component design 📌 If you're preparing for Salesforce interviews, focus on scenario-based questions, not just theory. 🏆 Trusted by 2000+ learners who received offers from top MNCs like Tata Consultancy Services, Deloitte, Salesforce, Accenture, Capgemini, Infosys & more. If you’re serious about cracking your next interview, start with these proven resources 👇 🔰 Salesforce Interview Pack (1–4 yrs) 👉 https://lnkd.in/gvRbaChu 📞 Real Recruiter Asked Q&A 👉 https://lnkd.in/gFs-CkxT 🏢 Top Company Interview Questions 👉 https://lnkd.in/gsATfUk3 📊 Data Engineer Interview Q&A 👉 https://lnkd.in/g2-hXrM In real projects, combining: 👉 Imperative Apex + 👉 dispatchEvent creates cleaner and scalable LWCs. Honestly, most LWC interviews are less about syntax and more about: “How well do you understand component behavior?” What’s the toughest LWC interview question you’ve faced recently? 👀 #Salesforce #LWC #Apex #SalesforceDeveloper #100DaysOfCode #TechInterview #CRM #WebDevelopment #Coding #SalesforceJobs

❌ I know Salesforce Flow” — this is why many candidates still fail interviews. Because interviewers aren’t testing if you can build a Flow… They’re testing how you think while building it. __________________________________________________ 🚀 What they actually look for: 👉 Before-Save vs After-Save Flow Can you choose between performance and capability? (Before-Save = fast updates, After-Save = complex logic) 👉 Right Flow Type Are you using Screen Flow only when user input is needed… or overusing it where automation should exist? 👉 Loops & Collections Do you know that putting DML inside loops can break scalability? 💬 The question that exposes most candidates: “Why are you using Flow instead of Apex?” If your answer isn’t clear… you don’t fully understand the design yet. ____________________________________________ If you're preparing for Salesforce interviews, focus on scenario-based questions, not just theory. 🏆 Trusted by 2000+ learners who received offers from top MNCs like TCS, Deloitte, Salesforce, Accenture, Capgemini, Infosys & more. LinkedInCross Border Payments

Back from #JuniperSUMMIT . It was a pleasure to reconnect with my network and meet new faces. On the padel court, we experienced real competition. Off the court, we engaged in true networking. This balance is what makes our industry thrive. One clear takeaway is that travel is scaling rapidly, while unified payments continue to evolve. Fragmentation persists, as does margin leakage. However, the industry is gradually recognizing that local collections and foreign exchange (FX) are not just cost centers; they are margin diversifiers. VCC rebates support thin margins, and incorporating smart FX and local collections drives real diversification, scale, and profitability. The key lies in simplifying the flow of funds by unifying collections, FX, and payouts, which is precisely where PingPong Payments comes in. Momentum is building. As a final note on the last photo, it serves as a reminder that the travel industry is united. Even when business lines overlap, respect and genuine relationships remain essential. #JuniperSummit26 #TravelPayments #TravelTech #CrossBorderPayments #FX #GlobalPayments #PingPongPayments

🚨 Most Candidates Fail PwC Salesforce Interviews for One Reason… They prepare topics. PwC tests thinking. If you’ve got a Salesforce Developer interview this week, read this once 👇 ________________________________________________ 💡 What PwC Is REALLY Looking For in 2026 ⚡ 1. Apex That Handles Real-World Scale Not just “working code” 👉 Can your logic handle bulk data? 👉 Do you think about governor limits before coding? PwC cares about enterprise mindset, not syntax. ________________________________________________ ⚡ 2. LWC with Business Context They won’t ask definitions. They’ll ask: → How would you build this for a client? → How do you reduce server calls? 👉 Your approach > your code ______________________________________________ ⚡ 3. Integrations = Must-Have Skill This is where many candidates lose → REST APIs → Error handling strategies → Secure authentication 👉 If you can’t explain this clearly, it’s a red flag. ______________________________________________ ⚡ 4. Scenario-Based Questions (Where Selection Happens) You’ll hear things like: → Trigger hitting limits—fix it. → Design approval without login. → Why is this page slow? 💡 They’re watching how you break down problems. ______________________________________________ ⚡ 5. Communication = Your Hidden Advantage PwC isn’t just hiring developers. ✔ Can you explain solutions simply? ✔ Can you justify your decisions? 👉 This is where average candidates get rejected. _____________________________________________ If you're preparing for Salesforce interviews, focus on scenario-based questions, not just theory. 🏆 Trusted by 2000+ learners who received offers from top MNCs like TCS, Deloitte, Salesforce, Accenture, Capgemini, Infosys & more. If you’re serious about cracking your next interview, start with these proven resources 👇 🔰 Salesforce Interview Pack (1–4 yrs experience) 👉 https://lnkd.in/gvRbaChu 📞 Real Recruiter Asked Q&A👉 https://lnkd.in/gFs-CkxT 🏢 Top Company Interview Questions👉 https://lnkd.in/gsATfUk3 📊 Data Engineer Interview Q&A👉 https://lnkd.in/g2-hXrM ____________________________________________ 🔥 The Real Difference Candidates who get selected don’t just answer… They think out loud with clarity. 💬 Quick question: What’s ONE PwC interview question that made you pause or struggle? Drop it below 👇 I’ll share how to approach it. #PwC #SalesforceDeveloper #SalesforceJobs #InterviewPrep #Apex #LWC #TechCareers

🚨 Struggling with LWC Interview Questions? This is Where Most Candidates Slip. If you have a Salesforce interview this week, especially on Lightning Web Components, focus here 👇 _____________________________________________________________ After recent interview trends in 2026, one pattern is clear: 👉 It’s not about knowing LWC… 👉 It’s about when to use Wire vs Imperative. ⚡ The Most Asked Question Right Now: When would you use @wire vs imperative Apex? And this is where many candidates give textbook answers… and lose the edge. 💡 @wire (Reactive Approach) Use it when: → You want automatic data updates → Data depends on reactive parameters → You prefer less code, more declarative logic 👉 Interview Tip: Mention cacheable=true and performance benefits. ________________________________________________________ 💡 Imperative Apex (Controlled Approach) Use it when: → You need full control over execution → Calling Apex on button click / user action → Handling complex logic or error handling manually 👉 Interview Tip: Talk about promises, async handling, and flexibility. 🔥 What Interviewers Actually Expect Not definitions. This 👇 🧠 I’ll use @wire when data is reactive and UI-driven… but switch to imperative when I need control over execution or user-triggered actions. That one line shows real understanding. __________________________________________________________ If you're preparing for Salesforce interviews, focus on scenario-based questions, not just theory. 🏆 Trusted by 2000+ learners who received offers from top MNCs like TCS, Deloitte, Salesforce, Accenture, Capgemini, Infosys & more. If you’re serious about cracking your next interview, start with these proven resources 👇 🔰 Salesforce Interview Pack (1–4 yrs experience) 👉 https://lnkd.in/gvRbaChu 📞 Real Recruiter Asked Q&A👉 https://lnkd.in/gFs-CkxT 🏢 Top Company Interview Questions👉 https://lnkd.in/gsATfUk3 📊 Data Engineer Interview Q&A👉 https://lnkd.in/g2-hXrM ⚡ Bonus Follow-Up They Might Ask → Can @wire call non-cacheable Apex? → How does LDS compare with @wire? → How do you handle errors in both approaches? 🚀 Pro Tip for Monday Interviews Don’t just answer. Explain your decision-making. That’s what separates selected vs rejected. 💬 Let’s make this interactive: Which one confuses you more — @wire or imperative? Drop your answer 👇 I’ll simplify it for you. #Salesforce #LWC #LightningWebComponents #Apex #SalesforceDeveloper #InterviewPrep #TechCareers

🚀 LWC Lifecycle Hooks — The Interview Topic You Can’t Ignore If you're preparing for a Salesforce interview, there’s one concept that almost always comes up: 👉 Lightning Web Component (LWC) Lifecycle Hooks Most people memorize definitions. Few actually understand when and why to use them. Let’s fix that 👇 _________________________________________ 🔹 constructor() → The very first method that runs → Best for initializing variables ❌ Don’t access DOM here ________________________________________ 🔹 connectedCallback() → Fires when component is inserted into DOM → Perfect for: ✔️ Fetching data (Apex calls) ✔️ Setting up subscriptions/events _______________________________________ 🔹 renderedCallback() → Runs after every render → This is where DOM is available ✔️ Use for DOM manipulation ⚠️ Be careful — can cause infinite loops if not handled properly _____________________________________ 🔹 disconnectedCallback() → Fires when component is removed ✔️ Cleanup time (unsubscribe, clear timers) ____________________________________ 🔹 errorCallback(error, stack) → Handles errors in child components ✔️ Useful for graceful error handling ____________________________________ If you're preparing for Salesforce interviews, focus on scenario-based questions, not just theory. 🏆 Trusted by 2000+ learners who received offers from top MNCs like TCS, Deloitte, Salesforce, Accenture, Capgemini, Infosys & more. If you’re serious about cracking your next interview, start with these proven resources 👇 🔰 Salesforce Interview Pack (1–4 yrs experience) 👉 https://lnkd.in/gvRbaChu 📞 Real Recruiter Asked Q&A👉 https://lnkd.in/gFs-CkxT 🏢 Top Company Interview Questions👉 https://lnkd.in/gsATfUk3 📊 Data Engineer Interview Q&A👉 https://lnkd.in/g2-hXrM ___________________________________ 💡 Interview Tip: Instead of just defining hooks, explain real use cases. Example: I used connectedCallback() to call Apex and renderedCallback() to integrate a third-party library. That’s what makes you stand out. __________________________________ 🔥 Quick Question for You: Which LWC hook do you find most confusing? Drop your answer below 👇 Let’s learn together. #Salesforce #LWC #LightningWebComponents #SalesforceDeveloper #TechInterview #WebDevelopment #Coding #FridayLearning

LinkedInProduct Management

B2B products fail at adoption — not at launch. And most PMs don't catch it until it's too late. I've shipped features that went from 'this will change everything' to 'nobody uses this' in under 3 months. Here's the pattern I've learned to spot early: In a B2B enterprise, adoption failure has 3 root causes: 1. You built for the buyer, not the user. The person who approves the purchase is rarely the person who uses it daily. If your UX optimises for demo-ability instead of daily usability, adoption tanks. 2. You skipped the change management layer. A feature doesn't go live on its own. Someone has to tell the operations head why the old spreadsheet is being replaced. That communication plan? That's part of your product delivery. 3. Your success metric was output, not outcome. "Feature shipped" is not a win. "Approval cycle reduced from 3 days to same-day, with zero email coordination" is a win. Measure what changes in the user's day — not what you shipped. What actually works: → Map the end-user's daily job, not the org chart → Define a North Star metric before writing a single user story → Build feedback loops into the rollout (not just post-launch) The best enterprise PMs aren't just feature factories. They're adoption engineers. Which of these 3 failure modes have you seen most often in your org? Comment below — let's build a thread. 👇 #ProductManagement #EnterpriseProduct #B2BSaaS #ProductAdoption #TPM #ProductThinking #UserResearch #ProductLeadership
