This is a continued story (sort of). Here’s some unsolicited writing gyaan: Most stories start with a character (a.k.a the protagonist) and a slightly delusional goal. Then life throws obstacles at them, and somewhere along the way a story takes shape. My delusional goal through college was simple, I wanted to make “my own show”. Delusional because I didn’t really know how. Or even what that meant. But let me cater to your attention span and share a spoiler, we did make the show. Somehow. Allow me to re-introduce Messy Conversations. A quiet show about three friends sitting at the same college mess table. Four meals - lunch, snacks, dinner, breakfast. Same place, same people, but shifting emotions, changing equations, and time slowly doing its thing. No grand plot. No larger than life stakes. Mostly just people talking. Ordinary people. Confused, funny, uncomfortable, real. The kind of conversations we all have, but rarely notice while living them. Obstacles? Way too many to count, but here’s what might give you a quick idea: Episode 1 - May 2024 Episode 2 - Early June 2024 Episode 3 - Late June 2024 Episode 4 - April 2026 Somewhere between episode 3 and 4, life happened. Momentum broke. The finale quietly became the one we would “finish soon”. But unfinished stories have a weird weight to them. They don’t fail, they just linger. So we went back, not to make it bigger, just to make it complete. We built it the only way we knew how - jugaad. No budget, no set, no backing. Just borrowed spaces, favours, long conversations, and a slightly delusional belief (hindi cinema often labels this as "galat fehmi") that ordinary moments deserve cinematic attention too. Now all four episodes of Messy Conversations are out together. It may not arrive with noise, but it finally arrives as a full story, exactly how it was meant to be experienced. Each episode carries a different emotion, its own taste and style, like every meal you have, yet tied together by insecurities, friendships, and plain old time. This also feels like an important step for SYZYGY. What started as a vague claim, “one day we’ll make our own show”, slowly turned into a friendly neighborhood production space trying to find cinema in the ordinary. We’re still figuring things out. Still experimenting. Still unsure what lies ahead. But if this show is any indication, we’ll probably keep building the same way. One messy step at a time. Apr 2026Got back from an energising week at DBS Singapore, talking about what an AI-first workplace really looks like in practice. From search to insights to agents, Glean is becoming DBS’s intelligence layer across their knowledge stack — helping teams find answers in seconds, unlock context across tools, and focus more time on high-value decisions instead of hunting for information. As a leading financial institution, security, privacy, and compliance are non-negotiable for DBS. A big part of our discussions focused on how Glean’s architecture, permissions model, and governance controls ensure that AI-powered experiences stay fully aligned with the bank’s stringent security and regulatory requirements — so every answer is both powerful and safe. We also aligned on our roadmap for the year ahead: how we can use AI to make work radically more intuitive, compliant by design, and more collaborative for thousands of DBS employees. The best part? Finally meeting in person with the teams we partner with every day — those hallway conversations and whiteboard sessions always spark the boldest ideas. Excited about the next phase of the Glean x DBS journey and what we can co-build to set a new bar for secure, enterprise-grade AI in financial services. 🚀 Pulkit Bhardwaj Mohit Yadav Venkatesh P. #enterpriseAI#AIWorkpalce
