I’m sure everyone knows the story of the turtle and the hare (if you don’t, the turtle won the race). AI is giving organisations the ability to move at 10x speed. The challenge is it becomes 10x faster, but in 10 different directions. Teams become scattered, misaligned, and disconnected from the challenges and outcomes that actually matter, all moving in different directions. Transformation has never really been a technology problem, it’s a human alignment problem. Clarity, collaboration, decision-making, and shared understanding are what determine whether AI creates momentum or total chaos. That’s where Mural & LUMA Institute come in. Together, we help organisations turn AI-powered speed into aligned action, combining visual collaboration with human-centered design methods that bring teams together around the right problems, the right decisions, and the right path forward. And importantly, LUMA Institute isn’t a consultancy that simply delivers answers. It’s a catalyst. We equip teams all over the world with the mindset shift, methods, and capability to solve challenges independently and the ability to drive meaningful change across the organisation long after we’ve parted ways. The future won’t belong to the organisations moving the fastest. It will belong to the ones moving together and the ones moving the fastest will be left behind. Just ask the hare. #AI #DigitalTransformation #Innovation #FutureofWork #Collaboration #OrganisationalChange #BusinessTransformation
May 2026As we close out Q1, we’re continuing to invest in and evolve the revenue organization at Mural , and I wanted to highlight four roles we’re actively hiring for: • Sr. Manager, GTM Systems, AMER • RevOps Business Partner, AMER • Strategic Account Executive, EMEA • Sr. Solutions Consultant, EMEA These roles span systems, operations, sales, and solutions, and each plays an important part in how we scale, how we operate, and how we continue to show up for our customers and for each other. Apr 2026Spent some time onsite with the Financial Conduct Authority , focused on something deceptively simple: making hybrid meetings actually work, and more importantly, making sure the right work gets done within them with my wonderful colleagues Elisa Berden and Jim Kalbach . (and thanks to Russell Willers for having us) One quote that really stuck with me from the day came from Theodore Levitt former Harvard Marketing Lecturer (side note, he wasn't with us as he passed in 2006): "People don't want to buy a quarter-inch drill. They want a quarter-inch hole." It’s a sharp reminder that people often jump to solutions before fully understanding the problem. In hybrid environments especially, it’s easy to reach for tools, features, or formats without stepping back and asking - What are we actually trying to achieve here? This is where Mural comes into its own. It’s not about digital whiteboards for the sake of it, it’s about creating clarity, alignment, and momentum around the real job to be done. When teams can see, shape, and solve problems together (no matter where they are joining from), better outcomes follow. And it’s also where LUMA Institute thinking fits naturally, hand in hand with Mural. Starting with the human need, framing the right problem, and designing with that intent in mind, ensures we’re not just building better drills, we’re delivering the holes that actually matter for the end user/customer. A good reminder that effective collaboration isn’t about more tools. It’s about better understanding. #ProblemFraming #DigitalCollaboration #HybridMeetings #RemoteWork #DigitalTransformation #ProblemSolving #Teamwork

Apr 2026AI is evolving how I operate as a CRO and making a significant impact across our revenue organization at Mural . What started as something I used to think sharper and move faster personally has become something much more meaningful in how I lead and how our revenue organization operates. As a CRO, I am constantly synthesizing pipeline, forecast, retention, expansion, customer health, and performance across the org. AI helps me get to clearer decisions faster, frame better questions, and communicate with more precision. It does not replace judgment, it sharpens it. The bigger shift has been what happens when you stop using it personally and start building it into how the organization operates. We built tools designed around how we actually think and execute as a revenue organization and the impact on speed, consistency, and quality has been real. High quality thinking that used to depend on a small number of people now scales across the entire org without the quality dropping. That is the version of AI that moves a business. The discipline that makes all of it work is co-creation. Showing up with a point of view, pushing the output, letting it push you back, and never settling for the first answer. That is what separates real leverage from just moving faster. The leaders who embed this into how their organizations actually operate will have a real advantage. Not because they used AI more but because they used it with intention. I am excited to keep learning, testing, and evolving how we use AI and the impact it can have on how we operate and grow. We are still just at the beginning.
Apr 2026This week I got to train more than 500 people in Mural , and it's a milestone I want to pause and celebrate. 🎉 The sessions were packed with energy, with people joining from all types of companies and all parts of the world, ranging from Germany, Spain, Netherlands, the Philippines, India, all the way up to Brazil. Which really makes my job so special. I love watching those aha moments happen live on the sessions, when someone realizes how private mode can boost psychological safety for their team, or when they see how voting features can actually help them reach consensus instead of those endless "so what do we think?" conversations. Those moments make these trainings so rewarding. These large-scale online sessions are something I love hosting. There's something about bringing hundreds of people together virtually and seeing the learning happen in real time. That said, I'm also excited to switch it up these next two weeks. I'll be flying to Amsterdam and London for customer visits and live Mural sessions. Both formats have their own magic, and I'm excited for the face-to-face connections. If you're in those areas and want to join an upcoming event, send me a message!
