I was delighted to attend the 2026 Media Awards last Thursday night as a guest of the Elevate team. We had a fantastic evening celebrating the incredible work being done across the industry. A huge congratulations to the Elevate team on being shortlisted for two awards. While it wasn’t their night this time, being recognised & nominated is a huge achievement in itself & a reflection of all the hard work, dedication, & passion that goes on behind the scenes every day. Well done to everyone involved, it’s amazing to see the team being considered among the best in the industry 👏✨ I would also like to express my appreciation to Musgrave for providing opportunities such as this. Experiences like these are greatly valued & offer a wonderful opportunity to connect, learn, & celebrate the achievements of colleagues & partners across the business.
May 2026It was great to be at the HPE Self Driving Network Summit this week. What always stands out at this event to me isn’t just the technology, it was the people in the room. There was a real openness to listen to customers, have honest conversations, and use that feedback to help shape where HPE Networking goes next. That kind of engagement matters, especially in a space that is moving as quickly as it is. It was also a great opportunity for me to present Musgrave’s journey with Marvis so far, and to demo some of the automation and #Mist API applications I’ve been building along the way. Being able to share how we are using these tools in a retail environment and where we see the next opportunities made the event even more worthwhile. A really valuable few days with great discussions and a clear sense that customer feedback is genuinely helping drive the future forward. Thanks to the HPE Networking team for the invite and the conversations throughout the event.
