13 שנים של עשייה, אנשים וזיכרונות.. הגיע הזמן להיפרד! After 13 incredible years, it’s time for me to say goodbye to MyHeritage. What a journey! Over the years, I had the privilege to recruit and build outstanding teams, open and scale new sites and operations, establish a COVID lab during a particularly intense period, and lead meaningful HR initiatives across the organization. I partnered closely with leadership, supported rapid growth, built processes from the ground up, and invested deeply in growing leaders and mentoring managers. I’m sharing selected photos from over the years and from my emotional farewell day- including a 2014 throwback from my first “Bring a Friend and win a vacation” campaign (yes… I even wore my El Al flight attendant uniform 🙂). This chapter has shaped me both professionally and personally in ways I’ll carry forward for years to come. None of this would have been possible without the amazing people of MyHeritage. Thank you Gilad Japhet for creating such a remarkable company and vision. There is always a first time for everything. Stepping out of my comfort zone has never been easy for me. But one month ago, I pushed myself to do it onstage at RootsTech. So when the opportunity to join a podcast came up, I thought, why not? I sat down with Andrew Koch to talk about a project that is very close to my heart: Scribe AI. We took a deep dive into how we are using AI to solve one of the biggest, most frustrating problems in genealogy, which is the unreadable record. For decades, family stories have stayed hidden behind faded handwriting and cryptic documents. Being able to explain how we are finally unlocking those stories was an incredible experience.
