Last week, we said goodbye to Steve Pacak and reflected on just how much he gave to Naspers and Prosus over more than three decades. Steve was a core part of the team who built the Naspers and Prosus that we know today. From M-Net in 1988 to serving as financial director, and later as an independent non-executive director and chair of our audit and risk committees, he shaped our group with financial wisdom and integrity. Our thoughts are with his wife Sheila, his children Stephanie and Gerard, and their families. Steve's legacy lives on in the foundations he helped build and in how he showed us that excellence and decency go hand in hand.
