Today was a powerful reminder that in the ever-changing retail environment, our purpose extends far beyond daily operations. While doing what we do best in serving those who serve, today carried a deeper level of impact. Witnessing the excitement and emotion of family members and friends welcoming their loved ones home from an extensive deployment was truly special. Moments like these provide meaningful perspective and reinforce the true significance behind supporting the mission. Experiences such as today serve as a reminder that our work is ultimately about relationships in every sense of the word. There is truly nothing like the honor and fulfillment that comes with serving those who serve. It never gets old!!! #Motivation #Impact #Reach
May 2026I am pleased to share that I have successfully completed the NPTEL Online Certification course on Industrial Inorganic Chemistry (Jan–Apr 2026) offered by NPTEL and coordinated by IIT Kharagpur. I secured an Elite + Topper certification with a consolidated score of 95% and achieved a position in the Top 1% among 714 certified candidates. This achievement reflects my continuous commitment to strengthening my knowledge in industrial inorganic chemistry and its applications in materials science and advanced chemical technologies. I express my sincere gratitude to the Management and Principal of PSNA College of Engineering and Technology for their constant encouragement and support towards academic and professional development. I also thank the course coordinators and the NPTEL team for providing this valuable learning opportunity.
May 2026Spending time in the field is always a powerful reminder of why our work matters. We are on the ground in Phalaborwa, sharing practical knowledge on pest monitoring and the safe, responsible use of insecticides. Empowering farmers with the right tools and understanding is key to improving crop health, reducing unnecessary chemical use, and promoting sustainable agricultural practices. From identifying early signs of pest infestations to demonstrating proper application techniques, these interactions are essential for bridging the gap between research and real-world farming. It’s encouraging to see the enthusiasm and commitment from farmers who are eager to adopt better practices for both productivity and environmental stewardship. #Agriculture #SustainableFarming #IntegratedPestManagement #TomatoProduction #FarmerTraining #CropProtection
Apr 2026Recent feedback from a senior leader in our organization suggested my leadership style feels like a bull in a china shop. My response: I lead with curiosity, not force. I know my approach can feel disruptive at times, but I’m committed to balancing urgency with collaboration. My goal is to accelerate learning, surface blind spots, and drive real progress. I’m an inquisitive learner—unafraid to ask why, test assumptions, and explore multiple angles to find the best path forward. Challenging what was doesn’t make you difficult—it signals intent to grow, improve, and build better outcomes.
