I’ve stopped calling loyalty a “program.” Programs pause, they end. They sit in a separate team with a separate dashboard. That’s why they can easily underperform. Loyalty isn’t a program, it’s the lifecycle of engagement. And engagement isn’t an event. It’s wrapped around every transaction, and to be honest, arround everything everywhere. At Nayax , we frame it around three moments: 🎢 Before. Every screen is a media surface. Every prior visit is a signal 🎡 During. The moment of payment is the highest-attention moment in the journey. Not where we say goodbye, where we capture, upsell, enroll. 🎪 After. The e-receipt isn’t the end. It’s the reason they come back. Payment is the axis. Engagement is the layer that wraps around it. The question for operators is “what’s my customer worth on the second visit, the tenth, the hundredth?..” Companies that build engagement into the transaction don’t run loyalty programs. They run growth engines 🚀 And thats why I love my job 🦄
May 2026Fuel retailers right now are dealing with four pressures landing at the same time. 1. Drive-offs and theft. Every attended or cash-reliant forecourt carries this risk every day. It's not theoretical, it's a line item on the P&L. 2. Consumer expectations. 70% of credit card transactions are now tap-to-pay. Drivers who pay that way everywhere else notice when they can't at your pump. 3. Staffing costs. Attended fueling is expensive to run around the clock. 24/7 Pay at Pump operation changes that equation without adding headcount. 4. Missed fuel volume. Queues at the pump cost you sales. Drivers who wait too long leave. The "Splash & Dash" model works: fast, frictionless fueling translates to higher fuel sales fuel per hour. None of these are new. But they're compounding. Every month without a Pay at Pump solution is a month of absorbed cost, in theft, in lost transactions and in customers who chose the faster station down the road. At Nayax , these are the exact conversations we have with operators every week. Are you seeing these pressures hit your market simultaneously? DM me if you want to know more. #FuelRetail #PayAtThePump #ForecourtPayments

Apr 2026Two years ago, we completed the acquisition of VMtecnologia | A Nayax Company , one of Brazil's leading technology providers for automated self-service. Today, they become Nayax Brazil. This isn't just a name change. It's a statement. Brazil is the largest economy in Latin America. A retail market valued at $2 trillion in 2026 and growing at nearly 7% annually, according to Market Data Forecast. The Latin American vending and self-service market generated $1.2 billion in 2024 and is on track to reach $1.5 billion by 2030, according to Grand View Research. And it remains one of the most underpenetrated markets for connected, cashless self-service commerce anywhere in the world. That's the opportunity. And we're already inside it. When we entered Brazil, we didn't start from zero. We came in with an established operation, deep market relationships, and a team that understands this market from the ground up. Over 5,000 retailers. Presence across all 27 states. More than 750 cities. That foundation is now backed by a global platform operating in over 120 countries, with the payments infrastructure, the data layer, and the technology to take it to the next level. What was VMtecnologia is now Nayax Brazil. Same team, same trust, same relationships. New name, new scale, new ambition. Latin America is not a future bet for us. It's already happening. And Brazil is just the beginning. Congratulations to the entire Nayax Brazil team. The hard work that got us here is exactly what will take us further. Onward.
