I am so passionate about branding that I think about it waay too much. I have to go to the desert to switch off. Family ✨. I wonder when the first pair of Nikes went into the desert though 😉.

Two things can be true at once. Here is my take. There is a version of success that has the title. The reputation. The results. When the room goes quiet when you speak because people trust what you are going to say. And there is also a version of that same woman who goes home and quietly wonders if this is it. If what she built is what she actually wanted. If the life that looks so right on paper is the life she actually chose. It's not weakness or ingratitude. It is what happens when a woman who has been moving at full speed for a very long time finally slows down enough to hear herself think. Try to view the uncertainty that you feel as information. Something is trying to get your attention. The most capable women I know are not the ones who have it all figured out. They are the ones who are honest enough to sit with the question. What has your uncertainty been trying to tell you?

LinkedIn

Some women are not struggling because they lack discipline or clarity. They are making decisions from a nervous system that has learned to stay productive, useful, agreeable, and in motion. That can look like ambition from the outside. ⚡ Say yes quickly. 🥀 Keep going when you are tired. 💬 Over-explain a choice. ⏳ Stay in something longer than you want to. ⏸️ Rush toward what is urgent instead of pausing for what is true. And because those patterns can work for a long time, they often get rewarded. That is what makes them hard to see. A woman can be highly capable and still make choices out of fear of disappointing someone, fear of being misunderstood, fear of uncertainty, or fear of what happens if she slows down long enough to hear herself. That is why awareness matters. Not after the choice is made. In the moment. Before the automatic yes. Before the explanation starts. Before urgency takes over. A helpful question is not 🚫 “Am I doing enough?” It is 🟢 : What is driving this choice right now? The goal is not to stop being decisive. The goal is to become more honest about where the decision is coming from. That is where self-trust starts to grow.
