After 14 years all together, today I walk out of News Corp Australia for the last time. There is so much I want to say about my time here. I've had the most incredible opportunities to work on some of the worlds best brands such as Vogue Australia GQ Australia The Australian WISH Vogue Living and so many more. I've worked with the best team, the best leaders and the best editors. I've had jobs in sponsorship, partnerships, product and brand but my heart has always been with my clients. I've built lasting relationships and friendships, many that surpass a lunch or a email, and I'm so lucky to have had an incredible support network during many huge life events. A special thank you to Edwina McCann and her amazing editorial team who have constantly supported us and allowed us to sell the best products in the market. I leave today with friendships, amazing memories and lasting career highlights. Onto a new adventure on Monday... stay tuned.. ✨
May 2026Reach is meaningless without engagement. For too long, the industry has chased low-cost impressions at the expense of actual business growth. New data in The Australian today by The Trade Desk shows premium media is 4.3 times more effective at improving purchase consideration. At News Corp Australia , we call this 'engaged reach'. As Pippa Leary has long advocated, the era of "one and done" social traffic is over. True commercial value lies in intentional, trusted environments where audiences deliberately choose quality journalism over algorithmic loops. Quality doesn't just support journalism - it drives superior results.
