May 2026Nobody wants to be the person in the room who doesn’t get AI. 😵💫 So people just… pretend. 😂 I built a tool to learn AI. Free. Plain English. No vendor nonsense. Covers everything from how LLMs work to AI security threats to agentic AI risks. Link below 👇
May 2026Thank you Rishad Tobaccowala , Drew Ianni , and Matthew Quint for the invite to participate in last week's inaugural Athena Project London Leadership event. What a great line up of speakers touching on a wide variety of subjects, with AI the major underlying theme. I was fortunate enough to join the always brilliant Pete Blackshaw and Doug Chavez on a panel discussing AI powered answer engines and the implications for advertisers, agencies, and publishers. Pete’s company BrandRank.AI is doing some cutting edge work in this space, and Doug is leading the way at Mars United Commerce on all things AI, commerce and retail marketing. So much happening so fast it's important we get this right, particularly for journalism. Loved all the other speakers and panels and picked up so much on everything from governance to hip hop to Chelsea football to vibe coding to hostage negotiations! Thank you to all the participants for their leadership, provocation and inspiration. May 2026As I discover more about AI via the Geni AI odyssey i have found some great resources that I feel are worth sharing. Although this may seem a bit doomsday it’s is a wonderful lecture by Geoffrey Hinton, former Google ceo and considered the godfather of AI. The main take away from the lecture is that “hands clasping hands” https://lnkd.in/eA_2Xu4d If you don’t want to click the link just search for “Will AI outsmart human intelligence with Geoffrey Hinton” on YouTube
