View source postGreat to read about Southwest Airlines ' transformational DEX journey and their plans to roll out Nexthink Spark as their next step. ✈️ ✍ "Within its 14-strong endpoint management team, Southwest now has a “full-blown DEX operations team” and a DEX engineering team that’s “forward-looking, deploying new products and managing automations." ⚡ "Southwest plans to roll out Nexthink’s Spark — an AI tool designed to tackle user problems by diagnosing and suggesting simple fixes before contacting IT. By combining real‑time context from the endpoint with IT‑approved automation and guided remediation, Spark allows users to resolve many issues themselves, in the moment, without opening a ticket or waiting for human intervention.” Article ➡️ https://lnkd.in/evChqMTs
May 2026Your DEX strategy is only as strong as your visibility. And right now, for many organizations, mobile is the missing piece. Without insight into mobile performance, IT teams are left reacting to issues they can’t fully see impacting productivity, experience, and support costs. Nexthink Mobile Experience helps close that gap. Learn more: https://lnkd.in/eXUTif-J
May 2026Meet Nexthink Spark: the personal IT agent for every employee. Built on Nexthink’s DEX platform, it combines real-time telemetry, AI-driven diagnostics, and IT-approved end-to-end remediation to resolve issues in seconds - no queues, no handoffs, and no tickets. May 2026History repeats itself. Every computing cycle eventually produces an orchestration layer: Cisco for networks, VMware for compute, Kubernetes for containers. AI will follow the same path. What emerges next is unlikely to be one dominant model. It will be a “Cisco of models and agents”: a control plane that routes, switches, audits, and composes specialized models the way packet infrastructure routes traffic. Technically, this requires two layers. A Model Router that arbitrages across models based on cost (Hello CFOs), latency, reasoning depth, privacy(Hello GCs), reliability, and tool access. FrugalGPT and RouteLLM already point in this direction. And then we will see a Workflow Orchestrator, a distributed execution layer that decomposes workflows into subtasks, assigns them to agents, validates intermediate outputs, and recomposes the final artifact. ReAct, ReWOO? The urgency is reliability. The underlying tone is cost. Recent work from Microsoft (“LLMs Corrupt Your Documents When You Delegate”) shows that chained LLM interactions can silently corrupt documents over time. The danger is not obvious hallucination — it is degradation. I see this profiling daily in my usage of our own Spark support agent. Over time, a super distributor agent will sort IT issues into different funnels from the singular-agent instantaneous resolution ticket to the multi-workflow orchestrated distributed resolution across different agents using different models. See in the screenshot how Spark identifies a multi-variable problem and how behind the scene a router will eventually distribute the resolution workflow. This is going to be my weekend project using my home gear running ollama/OpenWeb/Litellm: build a router. We will look back at these days of toying with what is possible and have a good laugh. May 2026No end user has ever wanted to be directed to a knowledge base article in response to their IT issue but unfortunately, even the best AI support solutions on the market are a glorified KB search engine. AI supported self service requires the ability to scrape KB on your behalf, gather all of the necessary context and execute actions to fix your issue, and the catch, it must do this easier and batter than any L1 tech. What I find incredible, that's exactly the feedback I'm hearing from my clients two months into our release of Spark. AI is only as good as the context it has access to. Nexthink being the ultimate DEX context and action repository has quickly given Spark all of the building blocks required to be an effective use of AI for end users. The quick wins we're seeing here are unprecedented. Excited for the long term impact.
May 2026I’m delighted to share that I’ve started a new position at Nexthink as GTM Recruiting Lead for EMEA & RoW! A huge thank you to Nick , Liz , MEG , & Julia for the support over the years - and of course to the entire TA team. When I first joined, we were a 300-person organisation, so it’s incredibly exciting to be part of this next phase of growth. Looking forward to what’s ahead!
