Documentation always loses to whatever's on fire that day, until the backlog itself becomes the fire...🔥 😅 Marques Stewart made a point on the IT Leadership Lab that stuck with me because the concept can be applied to probably most things in IT (or even life): document as you go; don't let it become a project you have to dread later. I'm sure we've all been there! Find more advice in the NinjaOne IT Leadership Lab that will save you in the future!
Aug 20262-step vulnerability management looks broken in 2026. Here's the real-time alternative Troy Hunt and our team walked through: Security researchers just documented the first known case of ransomware run entirely by an AI agent, no human at the keyboard for the whole operation. Researchers are also finding exploitable bugs faster than defenders can patch them. It's a lot to sit with. What I keep coming back to is that speed cuts both ways. The same automation helping attackers move faster is exactly what closes the gap on our side, but only if it's built carefully and pointed at the right problem, not just bolted on because it's trendy. That's the real subject of this conversation between Troy Hunt and our NinjaOne team: what real-time vulnerability management actually looks like once detection and remediation stop being 2 separate steps. Worth watching if this is on your radar too.
Aug 2026One of my favourite parts of this job is seeing simple IT decisions lead to big results. Take Osmo Holz und Color GmbH & Co. KG, a company from Germany that replaced four tools, accelerated patching, and saved up to €100,000 a year with NinjaOne. Sounds impressive? I thought so too. Don't take my word for it—see for yourself:
Aug 2026A vulnerability dropped Tuesday morning. By Tuesday afternoon, someone was already scanning for it. AI is shrinking that window on both sides, for attackers and defenders. Some IT teams read the CVE and wait for the next change window. Others get the risk data straight into remediation, the moment it surfaces. The NinjaOne and CrowdStrike integration puts you in the second group. Risk data flows directly into patching and remediation. No ticket, no queue, no waiting for a window you already know you need to open. Come see it live at Fal.Con, booth 1440. Grab a meeting slot here: https://lnkd.in/d9HZzE9X
Aug 2026Flash keeps 20,000 parking kiosks online across 16,000+ locations, processing over a billion transactions a year. Their previous endpoint tool couldn't give them the visibility or remote access they needed at that scale. After moving to NinjaOne, the team gets real-time visibility into every kiosk and can troubleshoot remotely without dispatching a tech. Automation alone is saving them hundreds of hours per software deployment.
Aug 2026Nearly 6 in 10 breaches trace back to a vulnerability the organization already knew about. 📉 Not a zero-day, not some elaborate exploit. Just a patch that never got applied. We broke down why the boring stuff is where the real risk lives and what it takes to close that gap. Aug 2026NinjaOne is once again up for nomination at the Channel Excellence Awards 2027 from ChannelPartner and CONTEXT. Until August 15, 2026, you can vote for us as an IT service provider, MSP, or reseller in the category "Manufacturer: Platforms for MSPs + Resellers."
Aug 2026Over 600 feature updates shipped this year, and most of them started as a customer asking for something specific. That's the NinjaOne way. 😀 The 14.0 release is a good snapshot of it: Linux now gets the same backup and remote support as Windows and macOS, plus a way to see which vulnerabilities are actually being exploited instead of just scored. Take a look at what's new: https://lnkd.in/g63A-tUE
Aug 2026How cool is this? The Bearded 365 Guy is heading to NinjaOne's #MSPNXT26!!Are you going to be there? This really is THE conference for MSP leaders.
