Belated mother's day thought, we need more female energy in sales tech. Some of the best reps (and leaders) I’ve worked with brought empathy, accountability, consistency, and emotional intelligence that made the entire team better. The future of sales tech should look more balanced than its past. Less bro, less alpha. More caring, more customer love. That's what sells and that's what we are building at Nooks . Receipts on the performance piece? Just look Dini M. Hannah Willson Melanie Smith Kendra Berner on the leadership side. Rep level we have talented ladies of Nooks all over crushing it. Congrats to Faith Lau , Sadaf Ghadimi , & Alana Anthony at quota over a month early! High performers and even better teammates/humans 💜
May 2026We’re hiring a Director of Enterprise Sales! It's a unique JD for a very meta role - transforming the future of your own job and using Nooks to sell Nooks to the world's largest revenue orgs We're looking for someone who's: ➡️ Deep in the details: you're going to be "founder mode" building new sales motions, co-selling with the team and driving insane deal rigor ➡️ Product-minded: can map complex problems to agents & plays you can build across our wide product surface ➡️ Built A+ teams: has a rigorous framework for assessing & developing talented reps ➡️ Playing to win: you're driving the culture, the hustle, the urgency and leading from the front. 2nd place is just the first loser We've averaged over 130% of quota attainment since the start of 2025, and we're pacing even higher for Q2 And we're consistently ranked at the top of the leaderboard on RepVue If this sounds like you please reach out! Or if it's someone you know, tag them👇
May 2026Get a load of this guy. Yesterday I had the honor of speaking at Workato 's agent showcase alongside another great speaker, Rob Whiteley . Building the agentic experience at Nooks , I feel a step function in our approach every week. A lot of what we're learning isn't new to the community, but plenty is specific to the sales problem and building magical experiences for non-technical users. Stepping out of the echo chamber of quote tweets and performative signaling to sit with actual builders is what puts those learnings in context. When the meta for agent harness engineering shifts every week, staying active in the community matters more than ever. Thank you to the great staff at Workato and AICamp for hosting! Events like these are what make SF special, and wouldn't be possible without the hard work of community leaders like Zimrri Gudino , Emily Fang , Leila Rishniw , Chris Miller , and Nooks' very own Payal Patel.
May 2026🤔 Day 205 as Nooks ’ Hungriest SDR This week has been a weird one. Not really the hot start I’ve been used to lately. But honestly… I’m not mad about it. This has been more of a reset/setup week for me. I’ve got a lot of meetings set to go down over the next 2 days, so my focus has been making sure those are as successful as possible while also laying the groundwork for next week to be a big action week. I’ve noticed lately I tend to operate in waves: A few weeks of going really hard. Then slowing down a bit. Resetting. Getting organized. Then right back into the chaos. Not sure how much it impacts my results yet. But mentally? It’s been good for me. And sometimes that matters just as much.
May 2026🚀 I'm hiring a Revenue Operations & Strategy Associate at Nooks - and this is not your typical RevOps role. 1. We are an AI-forward RevOps team: Nooks, Claude, Cursor - these aren't tools we've piloted or approved in principle; they're how we work. We expect you to bring AI into how you analyze, build, and operate while still maintaining your distinct POV that's built off of independent and structured problem-solving frameworks. If you're already doing this, you'll feel right at home. 2. This role has real ownership. You won't be executing someone else's roadmap - you'll be the directly responsible individual (DRI) for critical pieces of our revenue engine: forecasting, territory & quota management, lead routing, commissions, and building real solutions for our GTM teams. What you'll own: → End-to-end systems and initiative execution - you're the DRI, not a contributor → Executive-level insights of GTM performance with a clear POV to drive action → Deep-dive analyses - stemming from identifying a problem, forming a hypotheses to prove/disprove all the way to building the thoughtful solution(s) → Leveraging AI to build creative projects using best in class technologies to impact every corner of our GTM motion Who thrives here: ✅ 3+ years in SaaS RevOps (or 4-6 years in finance/consulting pivoting in) ✅ Strong analytical foundation - you build the model AND tell the story ✅ A builder's mindset: scalable programs, not one-off fixes ✅ Genuinely empathetic toward reps and energized by making their lives easier ✅ Clear, persuasive communicator with leadership and reps alike If you want to build solutions that outlast you, on a team that moves fast, I'd love to connect. 🔗 Job link here, or DM me directly https://lnkd.in/gqFP3EUh #RevOps #Hiring #RevenueOperations #AI #SalesOps #Nooks #GTM #GTMEngineer
May 2026Everyone's out here debating ChatGPT vs. Claude vs. Gemini. But the truth is, different models are better at different tasks. Think about it on three axes: Speed, accuracy, and detail. You get to pick two. You can't have all three. And that tradeoff changes depending on what you're doing. Here's how we think about it at Nooks (where you get access to all of them): - Deep account research across 150 accounts? Claude Opus 4.6. Takes about 5 minutes to run, but accuracy and detail matter more than speed here. - Live dialer prep? Claude Sonnet. Needs to be fast and accurate. No paragraphs, just clean bullets while the rep is mid-conversation. - Sequence emails? GPT 5.4. Gets you to a detailed first draft quick, but the rep can still edit for tone. You're balancing speed tolerance x accuracy required x depth of detail. And of course, with human judgment on top.
