May 2026Reposting this with a more strategic wellbeing lens. In my work with leaders, educators and hospitality teams, one pattern shows up again and again: irritability and low tolerance aren’t personality traits, they’re early indicators that the body is running below its baseline. When foundational support is in place, emotional bandwidth, patience and clarity return. It’s a small shift that changes everything in how we show up, work and lead. #EmotionalHealth#WellbeingAtWork #LeadershipWellbeing#ScienceOfScentEnergySupport#StressSupport
May 2026Be honest.... when was the last time a supplement actually made you feel different. And even more honestly… how much money have you wasted on things that never created the change you needed. I’ve learned very recently that people don’t want more noise or more ads. They don’t want to think about what might help them through a hard day ahead especially with the pressures of daily life pressing on. When your nervous system is already stretched, the last thing you want is another decision. People just want to do and actually feel their system respond. That’s why I talk about pure tools that genuinely work with the body, not against it. The ones your nervous system can feel, such as: The extra energy. The shoulder‑drop moment when your whole body relaxes and is grounded. The calm that settles instead of spiralling. The solid, real night’s sleep you didn’t have to fight for. The natural support your body instantly recognises and responds to. With a big family (16 grandchildren!) and years supporting wellbeing in homes and workplaces, I’ve seen what truly helps people feel better, and it’s always the simple, natural support that creates noticeable change. Because once your nervous system remembers what calm feels like, it doesn’t forget. Will you keep your body waiting for the support it’s been quietly craving? Just try it. #NervousSystemHealth#WorkplaceWellbeing #NaturalWellbeing#CalmSpaces #HolisticHealth

May 2026New Claude. Same price. Better at the hard stuff and it double-checks its own work. Anthropic released Claude Opus 4.7 last week. Here is what actually changed. It handles complex tasks you used to babysit. The kind where you stopped every few steps to check if it was still on track. You can hand those off now. It catches its own mistakes. Before it reports back to you, it looks at its own work and flags what went wrong. Hex, a data analytics platform that runs Claude on real business data every day, tested 4.7 and said it reports when data is missing instead of inventing a plausible answer. That is a big deal. It sees images better. Higher resolution. It reads what is actually in the picture, not a blurry guess. It has better taste. Slides look cleaner. Documents read better. Interfaces feel more considered. The numbers: On a 93-task coding benchmark, 4.7 solved 13% more than 4.6. It also solved four tasks that no previous Claude model could crack. Same price as 4.6. Five dollars per million input tokens. Twenty-five per million output. Now the part most people will skip. Anthropic said, out loud, that 4.7 is not their best model. They have a stronger one called Mythos Preview. It stays on limited release. They also trained 4.7 to be deliberately weaker on cybersecurity tasks. Built-in filters now block high-risk requests at the model level. So the model you can use today is sharper than 4.6, cheaper per outcome, and better at catching its own errors. The stronger one is sitting in a lab waiting for the right moment to come out. If you are using Claude for real work, upgrade and test it on the task that frustrated you most in 4.6. That is where you will feel the difference. Apr 2026Everyone's talking about AI adoption. But here's what I'm seeing on the ground, leading a data engineering team: Most orgs aren't struggling with AI because the technology isn't ready. They're struggling because their data isn't ready. Before you invest in that shiny LLM use case, ask yourself: → Is your data cataloged and discoverable? → Do your pipelines run reliably at scale? → Can your team trust the numbers in your dashboards? AI doesn't fix broken data foundations. It amplifies them. The orgs winning at AI right now aren't the ones with the biggest budgets. They're the ones who spent years getting their data house in order. If you're a leader planning AI adoption, start with your data layer. Not the model. What's your experience been? I'd love to hear. #AI #DataEngineering #AIAdoption #Leadership #LLM
Apr 2026Most developers can't explain the difference between a URI and a URL. Yet they use one every single day. Can you? Let me explain it with a person named Alex. 👇 🪪 URN (Uniform Resource Name) = Alex's Name + ID Number It tells you who Alex is — permanently, uniquely. Alex can move cities, change jobs, change hair color. The name and ID? They never change. 📍 URL (Uniform Resource Locator) = Alex's Home Address It tells you where to find Alex — right now. But if Alex moves? The address is useless. 🌐 URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) = Any way to identify Alex It’s the big umbrella. Whether you use Alex’s name (URN) or address (URL), both are just different ways of identifying Alex. That’s what a URI is — any identifier. The one thing to remember: ✅ Every URL is a URI. ❌ Not every URI is a URL. 🏷️ URNs are permanent name tags. URLs are GPS directions. Simple as that. If this made you pause and think — that's the point. Share this with someone who uses the internet every day but never questioned what that little https:// actually means. #Tech #WebDevelopment #TIL #LearnSomethingNew #Programming #LinkedInLearning
