Apr 2026I'll be speaking at Minnestar #minibar on the topic of The future of GSD (Get $hit Done) with AI conversational task management. I ran into a problem with Vibe coding. It's incredibly difficult to communicate what I'm working on - those of us who vibe code often by ourselves don't have to worry about communicating a roadmap, for example. It gets done when it gets done. But what about small teams? I could set up branching with agents and do fancy merging - sure, that is a viable way to do it. There's still the problem of passing off work within a Vibe coding tool made for one person to Vibe at a time. Why not use a task manager like Asana? Way too slow. I believe the future is conversational task management. Our meetings are more important than ever, and some of us are already doing this today. I have a good prediction that by the end of this year, we will see more tools in the market tackling this problem head-on. Roadmaps are still important. Keeping track of what's done and needs to be done is important. Today's tools cannot keep up with the speed train that is AI. Interested in having the discussion?
