A year on mat leave. Then straight back in - on a panel, talking about motivation at SCALE UK ! This morning I joined Sarah Kane MCIPD and Kelly Evans MCIPD for a hugely necessary conversation about what actually motivates employees, the gap between what leaders think matters and what really does, and how retention changes completely when you're scaling fast. A bonus to be reunited with Adam Close from HiBob too! Thank you Kate Hutchinson (Née Bodie) and Jodie Evans for the encouragement and organisation! Getting back to work after such a huge life event is daunting but I am so glad to be back 🌟
