May 2026We're going big for #LearningAtWorkWeek2026 at OSB Group 💪 Yesterday, the incredible team who are busy working hard behind the scenes, walked us through the plans - and it's looking AMAZING! The national theme this year is 'many ways to learn' and we'll be fully embracing that with our own theme 'Future-Fit Thinking. Powered by AI'. For the 5 days between 18th and 22nd May, we have so much planned that will help people across the bank experiment with AI, continuously improve and have those all-important lightbulb moments. And it doesn't stop there. In fact, it's not just a week for us at OSB. Following the official Learning at Work Week, we're going to be launching a Future-Fit Champion Network and holding our first Hackathon. Apr 2026Yesterday lunchtime was a good one 💙 Some of us from the OSB Group people function met Anthony and Nina from Intelligent Emotion in the pub. Is there a better way to spend a couple of hours on a Tuesday? Whilst virtual meetings play their part, there’s something special about meeting in person. Especially for someone who loves a hug! Conversation covered all things from how different you look IRL, to podcasts, regional accents, what way you face when showering, a bit about upcoming work and lots of things in between.
