View source postOne of my favorite moments from PDotSF this week was acknowledging something simple but important with the Cursor team. Our engineers use Cursor every day.Their engineers use PagerDuty every day. We’re not showing up only as partners. We’re showing up as customers of each other’s products. That changes the conversation entirely. The future of engineering will be shaped by deeply integrated workflows between humans, agents, and the systems teams trust to build and run the world’s most important software. Really enjoyed the conversation Alexi Robbins 🚀
May 2026I want to have an agent that's just dedicated for on-call work. I want them to be able to monitor Datadog and PagerDuty constantly and to let me know if there are any spikes in API errors or customer issues coming up.
View source postI had a great time last week at the AWS Financial Services Symposium in NYC. One thing is clear: modernizing operations with AI and automation is top of mind for financial institutions. I sat down with Rebecca Knight on theCUBE to discuss how PagerDuty is helping the financial services industry move the needle in three critical areas: * Trust: Delivering the reliability customers demand. * Risk: Strengthening mitigation strategies in a complex digital landscape. * Infrastructure: Providing essential IT. We discussed how PagerDuty’s Operations Cloud and our Agentic AI allow businesses to move from reactive to a predictive model, staying ahead of issues while maintaining the rigorous standards of responsibility and compliance. Watch the full interview to see how we’re helping leaders in the industry navigate this transition with confidence: https://lnkd.in/e74f96TB #AWSFSI #GenerativeAI #FinServ #AgenticAI Thank you to the Amazon Web Services (AWS) SiliconANGLE & theCUBE

May 2026I’ve spent twenty-five years in infrastructure. The work I’m proudest of is almost always invisible when it’s done right. At Fidessa, that meant trading platforms running live market transactions where reliability isn’t optional. At UNICEF USA, it meant data infrastructure quietly carrying a $1B fundraising operation supporting global UNICEF programs. At PagerDuty, it meant the platform that helps other engineering teams respond to outages staying up itself, three years running. What ties those together for me isn’t the tech. It’s the part of the curve where it shows up: organizations doing something that matters, with technical foundations still being laid. The infrastructure leaders I respect most don’t measure their work in tickets closed or systems maintained. They measure it in what gets to ship because the foundation held. What kind of infrastructure work do you think gets undervalued most often?

May 2026And it is a wrap on today's more than packed GitNation Foundation Berlin AI meetup 🤩 It was awesome to talk to everyone about where we see the future of Incident Response going and how we can leverage AI agents to shift from a reactive to a proactive and even preventative approach. Some key learnings from today ⬇️ 1️⃣ By staying in the flow with the SRE Agent in Slack, you can reduce your cognitive load while making coordination easier and resolving incidents faster 2️⃣ By leveraging the PagerDuty Pre-Commit Risk Score plugin, you can shift left and track potential deployment risks before you actually ship stuff This evening was so much fun and insightful! Thank you for having me, and hopefully see you all in the next one 🤗
May 2026Congrats to outgoing PagerDuty CEO Jennifer Tejada for her decade of stellar leadership! She has scaled the company more than 10X and built a beloved brand whose offering sits at the center of some of the most important workflows in the world. She's also an incredible human who forges positive connection wherever she goes and brings mega-watt energy to every room and stage. It's been a career highlight to get to partner with her. 💚 Welcome John DiLullo ! We're looking forward to working with you as you lead PagerDuty into the future.
