To celebrate my second anniversary at PayJoy, the company made me an offering: two new headcount. It's a sacrifice I'm willing to accept. Thus, we're hiring: Telesales Manager. Multi-country sales operation. AI agents doing the heavy lifting — your job is to scale them, iterate, and prevent them from killing us all later. SQL, A/B testing, APIs, light scripting. Technical enough to break things, commercial enough to care why. High autonomy, global exposure. You enjoy being proven wrong by data and know exactly what to do about it. You don't need hand-holding. [ https://lnkd.in/gzTisKgj ] Telesales Channel Supervisor. Human-powered operation, different angle. You'll co-own a channel that lives in someone else's org chart but runs on our budget — which means you lead through influence, context, and occasionally reminding the fairy tale creatures who's funding the swamp. High autonomy, global exposure, data-driven decisions. Into entropy? Apply. [ https://lnkd.in/g6qTTc3m ] Both roles sit within a lean, fast-moving operation. Needless to say, they'll enable me to focus on what really matters: creating slides and attending meetings. Yes, you'd report to me. Good news? The fine print? Depends who you ask. Apply on the links. Lord Farquaad approved this message.
May 2026This is my first LinkedIn post. Naturally, I'm using it to share an update that's almost two years old. In exactly 3 days two years ago, I joined PayJoy in a hands-on role: the kind where you figure things out (did I?) before you get to manage them. Since then: scaled a card delivery operation from 5K to 80K units a month, built a telesales operation across LATAM, deployed AI agents that actually worked, and broke my wrist while biking (or abruptly stopped biking). Oh, and somehow remembered my LinkedIn password. Fully committed to making this my only post until 2031. Stay tuned...
