Fantastic news and delighted to be working with Raidiam and Retail Energy Code Company to deliver this important innovation
May 2026Proud to share this news because its not often you get to make an impact using your skills, in an industry you have personal passion for. 🏅 I've spent my career helping organisations embrace change - and if there's one thing I've learned, it's that real transformation doesn't happen overnight. It takes trust, consistency, and relationships built over time. That's exactly how I think about partnerships too. Community sport has been part of my life as a volunteer, an administrator and a parent. I know the early mornings, the five different apps, the three different websites, the spreadsheet that only one person knows how to update - and the invisible effort that keeps our clubs and codes running. Joining PlayHQ Sports means I get to be part of making that easier - for all of us. A genuine thank you to Tim MacKinnon and the leadership team for the trust, and to ASG for backing a mission that matters. To Priyanka Shahani Haribhai and Dan Spencer - thank you for making this happen - couldn't have landed here without you. To the fellow volunteers, administrators and sport parents out there, the light at the end of the tunnel is real, we're coming! 🔦 The first whistle has blown. Can't wait to see where this game goes. 🏃
Apr 2026Definite signs of working from the office becoming the norm again. Heading into Liverpool slightly later than usual ahead of a late night implementation and not been on a train this busy since pre-Covid days. This added to the news today of UK unemployment being below 5% (yes, 80% of stats are made up) doesn’t quite align to the general unrest and uncertainty vibes being felt. Am I misreading the mood?
Apr 2026Obligatory picture ahead of tonight’s implementation! Fingers crossed (though the effort put in by the team won’t need it) everything goes to plan tonight.
