Attention by team
LinkedIn activity, by teamWhere Persona's own people are actually spending their attention, by team, by topic. Bands run Low to High against the busiest pairing on this page, and each cell also shows how much of that team's own activity it represents.

I'm hosting a private sushi chef night in a mansion in Atherton on 5/19. If you're a seed+ founder, that's for you. Comment 'sushi' for an invite <3
May 2026Had a great morning brunch with seed+ founders Amazing chef-prepared food, got my lux workout at Equinox, and the best part was to chat with this amazing group. I'm leaning much more towards these smaller and highly curated events. I can literally remember each person by name, remember their story, their current challenges and be able to help them 1:1 putting them in touch with the right people. No LinkedIn QR codes frenzy, thank God. I'm super thankful for David Fidelity Private Shares , Baargav Chargebee and Andrew Covent for supporting this :)
Apr 2026Fraud Fight Club was even more fun than I expected (and I had high expectations)! Thanks for creating such a welcoming and collaborative environment PJ Rohall and Ronald Praetsch . I also want to give a big shout-out to Angela Diaz, CRMP for co-leading our deep dive on risk signals. And an even bigger one to all the attendees for quickly jumping in, asking questions, and sharing answers with one another. We didn’t get through the 12 prepared slides, which is definitely a sign of success!
Most people watching AI news are missing the real story. Here are 5 signals from this week that actually matter: 1. Altman put a date on it AI research intern → Sept 2026. Full researcher → March 2028. He admitted it might slip. That honesty is rare here. Bookmark the date. 2. Replit raised $400M at $9B Agent 4 ships apps with parallel AI teammates on an infinite canvas. The next wave of builders doesn't look like the last one — and that thrills me. 3. Karpathy stopped using AI to write code He's using it to connect and organize knowledge instead — a self-compiling second brain. From "AI writes stuff" → "AI thinks with you." This pattern will flood products in the next 12 months. 4. Anthropic launched Project Glasswing New model. Thousands of zero-days found across every major OS and browser. They chose NOT to release it publicly and gave defenders a head start first. Apple. Google. Microsoft. AWS. JPMorganChase. $100M in credits. $4M to open-source security. Someone chose responsibility over speed. 🙏 5. You tell me :)
